I previously stayed in Colife and now I have booked it again, because its a very good option for single expats in Dubai. The customer service is very good especially Sofia P, she was extremely supportive through the booking process. Would definitely recommend Colife.
They one of the best companies in the UAE. The speed of responding and professional guidance makes them the most trusted one for me. Special thanks to Ella that helped us and she is very supportive. I'm glad that I could rent a new home for me and my lovely wife.
Lovely apartment, some back and forth with customer service but Sofia P has been very helpful. The quality of the apartment is perfect and the app makes everything easy to manage.

Sofia P has been super helpful assisting me with dates and times for my upcoming apartment move! I started renting with Colife when I moved to Dubai in 2024 and I’m moving to an alternative apartment they have available. Everytime I message, no matter what the issue I’ve always had a response and support! It’s a very painless process and takes away a lot of stress 💛

They are very responsive and have good quality properties to let. The property is well equipped and comfortable.

My experience with Colife Dubai was highly unprofessional.
Every person from the team was giving me different explanations - there was a clear lack of internal communication and basic information. It felt like no one actually knew what was going on.
I had to ask for a refund for unused days for two weeks straight - through emails, Telegram, and WhatsApp. Only after I requested contact with a manager/supervisor or a physical office address did someone finally start communicating properly.
At that point, I was informed that I had been underpaid by approximately 2,000 AED, and that the remaining amount would be sent.
However, despite all of this, I have still never received my security deposit of 10,500 AED back.
If you don’t want to deal with poor communication, misinformation, and the risk of losing your money - I strongly do not recommend this company!

Rented the apartment of my dreams with them and so far everything’s been excellent🥹 The support team replies in an instant and they made the whole process the most smooth. Having rented in Dubai before I can surely say Colife is your best bet if you want to live in the most pleasant conditions without stress. 5 stars✨

If it was possible to rate them 0 stars I would have chosen this option. This company is NOT reliable when it comes to accommodation linked to a residence permit. Another tenant was listed as the ‘main tenant’ and the immigration office were telling me I couldn’t register unless I brought this tenant with me and a ton of other paperwork. They will also house you with disrespectful and unhygienic tenants that break all their house rules but won’t do anything about it because all they care about is money. They ‘lost’ their copy of my contract so when it came to moving out they tried everything to go against the contract terms and/or overcharge me fees. They were also very difficult about needing to return any deposit to a Turkish bank account, regardless of being the reason you don’t have one (because you weren’t able to register at the address as promised). RUN from this company and find yourself a room to rent with a local. For the prices they are quoting you could quite easily find yourself a furnished apartment and save the stress.

We stayed with Colife for several weeks and overall had a positive experience.
The apartment was in very good condition, clean and well maintained. The furniture was modern and comfortable, and the amenities in the building were great. The location was also excellent – convenient, well connected, and in a nice area.
There were a couple of minor downsides. The check-in process was not very flexible, especially with a late-night arrival, and required coordination with a representative. We also experienced a few typical Dubai building issues (gas and alarm-related), but nothing critical.
Overall, we are satisfied with our stay and would consider booking again. 👍

The apartment itself was ok, overpriced and very rough around the edges but it was January and the options were slim.
Colife as a company ~ really not great. We were only in the apartment 4 weeks and they messaged us 5+ times to organise “viewings” for potential clients, despite me politely saying no they continued to chase us. (I really don’t think this is ok in a short term rental).
Upon checkout they chose to keep our deposit over ridiculous things like a “damaged” pillow case, by damaged they meant needs a wash. So just be prepared they will keep your deposit and it won’t be a peaceful stay. Airbnb much better!
Also be wary on the 5 star reviews, I asked to checkout an hour late and they said yes but only in return for a 5 star review.

Going out of business? We've rented our Master Bedroom out though CoLife for over 3 years. Last December our current renter told us she was moving out. Three of us searched for over a month trying to contact them. We couldn't find an actual phone number that worked and emails were never returned. We were looking for instructions on getting our spare room rented again. We got a message from Derek saying they are no longer writing new leases. Were they going out of businesses? Meanwhile Colife heavily advertises $125 to anyone that gets referred to them (?) Meanwhile we are still waiting on our renters Security Deposit, which was promised to us. So far emails have not been responded to.
Super easy process. Room is very clean and spacious. Seamless and made a stressful process completely peaceful ☺️

I was new to Dubai and this company made it easy to find a suitable apartment. They were responsive, and transparent with all the costs. Even after I moved in, they maintained the great customer service.

I offered my property for short-term rental. The company makes great promises and shows good figures, but in reality. It's not happening. They say the market isn't capable of delivering such a return. Furthermore, when we agree on a price, they arbitrarily lower it without permission, claiming they can't rent it out any other way and want a return of at least 20% on the rental price. They don't transfer payments monthly, can't figure out how to calculate them, and drag things out. Ultimately, I'm dissatisfied with the lack of integrity, incompetence, and a manager who makes financial decisions and is skilled at problem-solving.
