The service was excellent and the windows are of a high quality, I fitted these in my victorian home and it feels much warmer and the design perfectly compliments the building. I would highly recommend!

Six years ago we purchased thirteen sash windows from Colin's Sash windows.We were delighted with them back when they were installed and we enjoy them just as much now.They are very easy to clean and still in lovely condition.
We recently placed an order for a window for a garage conversion.The staff were very helpful and once again the window looks lovely.Fabulous windows and lovely helpful staff.Many thanks

We had a very disappointing experience with Colin sash windows.
The downstairs windows were supplied after regularity changes and should have included adequate ventilation, but they did not. As a direct result, ventilation in the property was made worse, leading to on going condensation, mould growth, and damage to internal decoration.no accountability, no solution after months of communication they have demonstrated a lack of technical expertise and compliance and no regulatory awareness. Despite escalating this issue to owner Colin & co-owner John Linney, no technical or commercial resolution was offered.
I would strongly caution others to ensure compliance and ventilation are explicitly addressed before proceedings

We’ve had two sets of internal steel doors from Colin’s Sash Windows. Both times the measuring, communications, delivery and install were faultless. We would highly recommend them to anyone who’s considering it.

This is our second order from Colin's. Really good quality uPVC sliding sash windows for a very reasonable price. We were able to make so many changes to make them exactly what I wanted. They look fabulous fitted.

An excellent product, very helpful staff and common sense to put together but would be a good idea to get someone with window fitting experience to help definitely a 2 people installation

Great service from the team, we are really happy with our aluminium French doors they are stunning. We had an issue with one of the doors but customer service sorted this straight away for us. I would recommend them.

Amazing windows, Amazing service, nothing was too much trouble even though I asked so many questions about my choice options before taking the plunge to buy, I've never installed windows prior to this but it was so easy I can't believe now having installed some that we all pay window companies so much money for a few screws and silicone, I would highly recommended these windows and the brackets and quick release sashes make it so easy.

I had my old sash windows replaced by Colin’s Sash Windows and the work was excellent. The team was on time, polite, and very tidy. The new windows look great, fit perfectly, and have made the house much quieter. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done right.

Fantastic windows, excellent customer service.

Avoid at all costs. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. The doors were not as promised, and it took four attempts before the issue was finally resolved and they still are not fully 1.5 years later. The entire process was incredibly stressful, made worse by a sales team and office staff who seemed to lack both product knowledge and any sense of customer care. We were left utterly unimpressed and extremely disappointed.
