They stated a delivery date and time and we waited at home for the delivery. An hour before the due time they sent an email saying that there was no one at home and it could not be delivered.
We were at home and they did not come.
This has happened before.
My earlier review blamed the company for delivery failure when the fault lay with ParcelForce in the U.K. My apologies.
Company isn't fit for purpose.
Paid £16 to track a parcel to France. Their tracking is so vague that the recipient claims they haven't received the parcel and we have no way to prove if they have or not. The tracking we paid all that money for basically says, it's in France, somewhere and someone might have signed for it.
Seems to be impossible to contact them to enquire about this. Not entirely sure what the point in using them is when they don't seem to actually be able to tell you where you parcel is and you can't contact them to ask.
Do yourself a massive favour and avoid using them.
I have a tracking no but their site is not updated. My collet left on the 20th but it hasn't arrived, no idea where it is. It's lost. I am returning goods and I am pressed for time or they'll come back. never again !
Take your money send your parcel to another country tracked ,redeliver it damadged to your house take away again deliver 3 days later to the local sorting office ask you to pick up no reason or refund given item damadged looks like it has been used as a Football!

So to sum up paid €35 for my item to have the hell kicked out of it and to see another Country but not the one it was supposed to be delivered to.
They can’t say it was incorrectly labelled as it was a printed returns label from Amazon or perhaps they can’t read!
