It’s definitely effective — the fans are quiet and keep your head cool. But it’s a bit bulky and doesn’t win any fashion points. Still wear it when I’m fishing or hiking though.

Coming from overseas! Extremely long shipping.

Bought this for Father’s Day I was unaware that it would take so long, I also didn’t think it was coming from China… website gives false expectations for shipping. I see this is common with this company. Then they say money back guarantee but yet if you want to return you have to pay for it to get back to china which I’m sure is way more expensive than what I paid in shipping. If item isn’t received in the next few days I will be contacting my bank.

Shipping Delays

Ordered May 22 for Fathers Day and still waiting for order to arrive almost a month later. It took nearly a week for the item to 'ship' and its now been 'in transit' for 23 days. The website said 6-12 day delivery which it has nearly doubled.

Update (6/19)- item was finally delivered after 25 days in transit (longer since ordered). Be advised that shipping for these items far exceeds their estimate. Item quality was fine but I've since discovered that the same item is available on amazon for about half the price and quicker shipping.

IT’S A SCAM

Placed order on June 5th. It says it shipped on June 8th, but there is no updates available through the tracking via YunExpress. I emailed the company, but got no response. DO NOT ORDER, seems like a scam.

Ordered a hat in May

Ordered a hat in May, we are in July and still haven't received my hat!

Update, finally received! VERY LOW QUALITY HAT, and one of the fans won't even snap into the hat! It's an awful way to spend good earned money!

I haven’t received my order- ordered on…

I haven’t received my order- ordered on May 28, 2025. I did check on “Shop” and it arrived in a packing facility on June 11th. The tracking number directs me to “YunExpress”. I wouldn’t order from this company again. I will update if I ever receive my order.

Does the job but not super stylish

Had the same experience as Kelly…

Had the same experience as Kelly described with the SAME email about there being so many orders.

No tracking update and it lists the origin from China. I got scammed. Save yourself!

July 9
I received an email this morning from TrustPilot that Colitt wanted my info to properly respond. I gave my full name and order number and an email (I used my work email originally thinking it would be here for Father’s Day).

I, like many others here, ordered this for Father’s Day on May 27 and got the seperate confirmation email my order was confirmed the same day. Which is odd considering the email that we have been overwhelmed with orders we are behind on June 6.

They advertise spammed me on June 15 which said, “just checking in on your order, we noticed a lot of hat buyers need to buy something else as well” and listed underwater camera, waist fan and another hat. I immediately replied and gave my issue that I never received the first order and was mad as this was a Father’s Day gift for my dad (and I bought one for my husband). They replied on June 18 and said here’s the update tracking and it’s now moved, as it said for weeks it was en route from china waiting to clear. It then said “shipped” on the Chinese tracking site.

I DID receive both the hats I order on June 30. In crappy packaging rolled up and looking like a Temu purchase that I paid over 70$ for two. Highly disappointing and feeling scammed still. No refund of shipping costs, etc just automated ChatGPT AI replies and shotty products. Still wouldn’t do it again, would have rather ordered any of the ones on Amazon, at least they are easier to track, work with and return.

My final advice: I wouldn’t do it again. Wish I had a review like this to stop me.

Buyer Beware!

Placed order on 5/20 and told was shipped 5/21. Tracking link inoperable. By 5/30 not received. Sent email asking for status. No response. Sent another on 6/2. Responded would be another 6-12 business days. No explanation or apology or any offer to compensate for delay. Pretty sure just an AI response. No customer service. Was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift - no confidence it will arrive in time. Shitty that they cannot even explain or apologize for delay. And companies like this wonder why consumers prefer Amazon. Would not order from this company ever again and plan on sharing my poor experience with as many people as possible so no one else has to suffer this frustration. Expect the product if it does ever arrive will be piece of crap if their customer service is any indication - which it usually is! Buyer Beware!

An update- on 6/5 Colitt said the reason I did not get my purchase on time is that they get “thousands” of orders and are busy. No apology other than them saying they are sorry they got busy. WTF. They also assert there has been no delay and I will get my order in the next 6-10 business days. Hmmmm apparently they can’t get the math right either!

Fishing has always been a guessing…

Fishing has always been a guessing game, but not anymore. Now I drop this camera in and know exactly what’s going on. Works great for ice fishing, too. The night light feature is a game changer for early mornings and late evenings.
