Very bad not professional customer service
Very bad customer service. Clearly seems that Lisa does not want to support a customers. Is to heavy for her to answer any questions. She is only providing instructions to follow but does not want to provide a clear explanation on asked questions via email. It’s already fourth time I am very unsatisfied with this service. Very unprofessional and I REALLY DONT RECOMMEND!!!
Collabhouse is very unprofessional.
If you are an artist, trying to create something that is upbeat, energetic and new and full of life. It's not worth you're time attempting to get your release out there using collabhouse.
First of all they make it really hard to remove your past DSP's, I've sent them about 5 emails and they still haven't responded.
Their quality control team is a scam, because they deny anything that sounds energetic and upbeat and make you believe it is bad, by giving it a "denied" status, and they don't even attempt to give you a proper explanation on why it was denied.
How is anyone supposed to change the music industry if the gate is locked behind some "Quality Control" screening.
I spent 2 years on a song and it still got denied. In fact most of the stuff in their music library sounds like library music as well.
If this platform doesn't respect the time you put into a song, they don't deserve the 25% share of your success nor do they deserve to get any money from you, It's unethical and unfair for the musicians that actually put their blood, sweat and tears into creating a good track. That's a fact.
Collab house is a scam
Collab house is a scam. They will take your money, and then deny your tracks saying it does not meet the level they expect. The track they rejected for me was just signed to a major EDM label. I suspect Collab house is a scam company and probably run by someone in a basement somewhere in Holland. Steer well clear of these scammers.
A couple of red flags
A couple of red flags: It all looks nice when you start, easy to create your profile, easy to upload your music and submit for release. HOWEVER, they rejected two perfectly commercially mixed and mastered tracks without any samples or AI content. No reason given (they send you to a page citing a list of potential reasons) and the decision is final. I paid the 5€ upfront fee to release one of the tracks. It doesn't seem I will be refunded.
There is also no way to delete your account! No information either on the validity of the UPC codes created for the two songs. Will they follow the songs when I upload them through another distributor?
The concept looks interesting but it feels like this is at best a small operation run from a flat in Amsterdam or at worst a well organised scam.
I have been producing / releasing music for more than 20 years. I wanted to try this company. I just lost 5€ :) I don't recommend!
Service level is a joke
Service level is a joke. I write them to try to figure out the price of releasing an album. I know they have a price per track model but no clarification if you get like a mass discount or something if you release an album. Two weeks with zero reply. I point that out and I literally get an answer from a customer support agent (Lisa) referring me to their FAQ..?! instead of just answering my question. I can see why they rate so low. An absolute joke. I was about to sign up but sure as hell wont now! Seems that they pull artists music for no reason also. AVOID!
Barely responsive and I found my music…
Barely responsive and I found my music in the Capcut app. No royalties ever in 3 years.
After my song have generated some…
After my song have generated some amount of royalties collabhouse block me from login into my account and also refused to take down or remove my song from stores so that I can reupload the song in other distributing platform, I even emailed them to take down the song but they told me they can't.
It used to be so good until it start to…
It used to be so good until it start to denied my release for absolutely no reason
Great Support and Fast Resolution
I recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa from Collabhouse, and I have to say, her support was outstanding. I ran into a small issue with my release, but she responded quickly, cleared everything up, and got my song approved in no time. Lisa was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth. I really appreciate her dedication to artists. Highly recommend!
I complained about stats not opening…
I complained about stats not opening and how they neglect my account because they take a week to approve/reject my release, and for that, they closed my account without any reason or notice 😭 when I contacted them they didn't reply. One thing about them is that they will convince you that their platform is the best and then when they see your music doing well they close your account and withhold your royalties.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Collabhouse is the best
Collabhouse is hands down the best Distro I've ever used! Their customer service is lightning-fast, with responses and resolutions in just hours, no matter when you reach out. I want to give a huge shoutout to Lisa for her incredible support in solving all my issues! Seriously, Collabhouse is nothing short of amazing!
Extremely slow customer support, and website
Extremely slow customer support, I have been waiting for them to put my album back online for 2 months they took it down because i asked to make changes.
I have been beyond respectful and now I’m losing my patience!
I emailed ya’ll several and several times and ya’ll are absolutely NO help at all this is the 6th time my release has been denied in a row its happening for every song I try to release so this is either a glitch in the system or ya’ll are just doing it on purpose I even know its one of the two because I made a remix to a song I made that IS on all platforms and it just got denied today! I expect a explanation!
I'll need more of my song's to be…
I'll need more of my song's to be distributed both on all available DSPs and your music library

It released my first song and it was good but after that it denies every song that I want to publish and doesn't say the actual reason .
I been trying to figure out this whole…
I been trying to figure out this whole quality of my music story, from gull songs to just beats, when uploading the app would reject the erratic ones the the ones accepted would be rejected afterwards, Im confused cause this has never happened with other platforms and they say my music is ai generated, over 5k beats by me sine year 2000, thats just wrong, maybe im doing something wrong on their platform, need clarity???
Well we can easily use high quality…
Well we can easily use high quality music with no problem in terms of copyright
Worst experience …
They shut down my acvou t so I can't log in. But they still are licensing my music. They kept all my money and didn't answer my emails. Fortunately I found another distribution which works more professional and pays out my royalties. Good for them that international law suits are too expensive! Collabhouse was one of the worst experiences I had building my now very successful label.
Big Scam
I used this distributor for about 1.5 year and all this time their support was terrible and unprofessional. Collab market doesn't work as almost nobody replies.
They are also very rude and completely ignore my questions and concerns.
As of January 6, 2025 i recieved just 17,51 euro of royalties, while i have 30 972 streams. 25,848 of them from spotify and 5124 from youtube. Spotify pays at least $0,003 per stream and Youtube Music pays $0,008 per stream. Youtube pays $0.00164 per stream. So, i must earn at least 83.7-115.5 euro. Even with them taking 5% of it, it's still a lot.
Previously i've been told that if for example i get june royalty statement, it's actually for april (2 months back). My last statement is December and i remember that in october i had at least 18 000-25 000 streams so still i must earn much more.
How they addressed this problem?! They just told me to look in my royalty statement and find all answers there, though there none of them. And they ignore my second email i sent to them. They always reply in 2 weeks or never.
I spent on promotion about 359 euro and got scammed big time.
The distribution is very trustworthy
The distribution is very trustworthy, its releases on time on date u set and gives your royalties and also finds people to promote your music for you like content creators who have social media to promote your music or create content videos using your music then money to pay them share them from artist royalties percentage.
