When i finally received this poor quality cross body, it was a terrible. It had a odor i can't describe. I had to put it in an outside garbage can to get away from the smell! I asked for a refund but that's laughable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!

Try telling the truth, and actually really deliver what you sell. And give it one star because I had to, to leave a review.

Ordered a decal flag set. Tracking says it arrived, never received. This outfit is a total scam, avoid at all costs.

Purchased a leather cross body bag on Dec. 28. I received it 30 days later after having to pay $9.20 for postage. The shipper in the USA used fraudulent postage according to my P.O. The bag is only OK but not quality, doubtful leather and poor cross body strap. Inside fabric is very cheap. I won't order again.
Edited to add that I emailed the customer service contact re: the extra postage charge. After sending a copy of my receipt and the address label showing the new shippers address, I did receive a refund of $9.20.

Not worth the price or the effort. It took two tries to get the mental health journal. Over a month until I received it and NOT worth the price.

Stay away from the vendor.

Ordered a mental health journal for a Christmas gift and paid $30 on 12/5/25. After multiple emails regarding the order, I finally received it on 1/17/26. It is not at all what I expected.... very cheap, small, poor quality and definitely not worth $30 plus tax and shipping. Will not be ordering from this company again!

It's been 6 weeks since I placed my order and o still have not received it. Tracking shows it traveling the world though.

I ordered a 250 years commerative hat , after waiting a month and not received my hat, my daughter in law inquired. We were told another one would be sent. Still hasn't arrived and we were told it was delivered. It was never on my property.

This company promotes one thing online, but the product I received was of very poor quality. I ordered (2) 250 Anniversary USA ball caps. In the photo they showed to be crisp and squared away ball caps with good structure. What I received were smashed ball caps wrapped in plastic, made overseas, and nothing like what was advertised. I contacted the company to request a return of the product and a refund. They would not accept any returns, saying that their "warehouse has determined the product is fine", which it is most certainly not. They instead attempted to provide a few dollars in refund rather than accept a return. My purchase was $45, and they offered me $8, saying that was the best they could do. This is entirely unacceptable. I would not recommend doing business with Collaboraten; poor-quality product, very different from the product promoted online, and no acceptable customer satisfaction return policy.

Like all the others I ordered a 250 anniversary hat way back in early September. Still no hat as of 11/14/25 and when I tried to cancel I got the runaround several times. And you can only contact them via email. This company needs to be investigated and put out of business. I used PayPal and will see if I can get my $ back. Suggest find out if you want this hat make sure it’s made in the USA!

I ordered three 250 year USA anniversary hats for several of my military friends. Before ordering I checked the reviews and customer inquiries to make sure they were made in the USA. All replys from your reps verified they were made and shipped in the USA. I filed a complaint with PayPal and my credit card company . . and with Collaboraten to cancel the order. "NO HELP" from any of them. I had ordered these on September 21, 2025 and they finally arrived from China on Wednesday November 12, 2025. In addition to the advertised price of $77.18 I was charged $2.31 for an international fee. I'll be giving them away but not to any of my military family or friends.

As most of the reviews here, I ordered a 250th Anniversary cap and never received it. I ordered it on 9/19/2025, and the tracking simply stopped on 10/16/2025. No further updates or anything. It is now 11/09/2025 and I haven't heard back from the email I sent them. I was charged $30 for a non-existent hat. I really wish I had done a review check on them before placing an order. Never trust this company. This company needs to be taken down.

I, like so many others, ordered a 250th anniversary cap from Collaboraten on 9/25/25 for my birthday 20 days later. It's 11/27/25 and nothing. The product purportedly shipped from Italy, not sure if it really did. I have contacted the support 3 times only to get the runaround. I have requested my money back and they said no. I have disputed the expense with my CC company and started to report the company to eCommerce.gov, but cannot do that because the Fed is shut down.

When mybwife went to the post office to pick it up, it had a fraudulent postage attached to is anw she had to pay postage for it.

this company is ripping people it's from another country. i order a cap from them September 17th, 2025, and now its November 5th, 2025
I still have not received it and I keep getting the run around about where it's at and now they're giving me different tracking number. saying i should recieving it anytime. its B.S.

I ordered the Clio Crossbody Bag back in October. They advertised it would be to me with in 3 days I thought great. It is now Nov I never received any tracking and have emailed them every day, all they tell me is that it has shipped I asked what country is this shipping from? has it cleared customs? where is the bag now? All I keep getting is to be patient wait a couple more days. Never n answer to any questions. I have since had my credit card company charge them back.

Like others, I ordered the 250 anniversary hat, and it was never delivered. If you write them, they will tell you they are sending a replacement. Lie! I believe Lakaka to be their accomplice in this fraud.

This is a fake company. They said they shipped 2 hats and over a month later, they're no where to be found. Contacted them and they said they would reship. Don't trust them. Never buy things from social media. They all seem scammy. The tracking app they sent was something from tracking-hub.com which seems to be fake as well. Do your research on these scam ads and websites.

If I could give it a negative rating I would. It's listed as an America company. Sept 19, 2025 I ordered a 250th anniversary US cap, total price $48. I still dont have it. Theyve been sending me "tracking" on the cap. It was first in France forever. Then it was in customs forever. Then it arrived to the US. Then it was tracked to Denver about a week and a half ago. For every tracking I sent them an email. First email said it just takes time. Second email they said they couldnt even find my order and would be sending me another one. Third email i told them I wanted my money back and they were scammers. I've yet to hear from them. No money back, no response and no cap.
