I placed my first order on April 11th. I was excited as this is a special gift for my son (and future daughter-in-law) as they are to be married June 8th. The bridal shower is on April 20th. My 60x80 blanket was guaranteed by April 17th. I prayed it would arrive in time and I was shocked it came a day early! I opened it up and cried like a baby! It took me 2 months to place my order as I wanted to pick the perfect pictures and selection would be very important for this gift. It is the MOST BEAUTIFUL BLANKET I HAVE EVER SEEN. The picture quality was amazing and the cozy fleece material was the softest I have every felt! I am absolutely speechless and I am sure the 70 guests in attendance will feel the same. I can’t think of any better way I can advertise for your products than this shower! Thank you, Collage. You surpassed all my expectations ❤️

I have ordered a number of things from Collage.com and I think their customer service is the best! There is always someone to talk to on the phone, which makes a huge difference over some other companies. They are friendly and really seem to care about making sure the customer is happy. One time, my photo on a phone case seemed dark and I called them. Even though it was really my fault for not adjusting it before I uploaded it, they lightened it and resent another at no charge. I have ordered many phone cases for my friends. I love the product and I love the customer service! Well done Collage.com !

I bough a set of ten 8x10 canvas prints for my mom. I thought I was getting a great deal since I had bought from collage in the past, after I bought the coupon and did all the work choosing the pictures and arranging every frame I went to the shopping cart and the shipping price came up to almost $110.00!!!
I freaked out, this was more than 3 times the price of the item itself so I contacted collage to ask if there was a mistake but they confirmed that it was correct.
BEWARE! You might think you are getting a deal but the extremely inflated shipping prices make it totally unworthy.
I work doing shipping myself, these packages were shipped from Colorado to California and all of them combined don't weight more than 4 pounds which would costs no more than $18.00 to ship. Pictures are nice but price at the end is not worth.
I am never buying from collage anymore..... I have to say since I had bought before it was also my fault for not checking shipping prices before buying, I just trusted it was going to be as usual. Never coming back.

They are scammers. I ordered 2 blankets, I never received my blankets, they tried to say that I refused it when it was delivered, and to this day I have not received my refund😡

I was very satisfied with my orders. I've ordered many blankets and the quality was what I expected. Received my orders quicker than estimated. Just read carefully, choose the best photos that has a good quality and go with it.

DO NOT ORDER! My purchase was never sent, way passed estimated delivery date. Not even a courtesy email, so I had to reach out. I ordered it on the 1st of December, estimated date given to me was December 13th. I got my refund today (Dec. 17th).

I've used them in the past and were very happy with the overall results (although the blanket quality was a little less than I was expecting but overall it was great). I got an email that if I wanted to receive my items (I was holding in my cart) before Christmas I needed to order by end of the day, so I ordered that afternoon. I received one of the two items promptly (albeit a little grainy on the picture but it was fine). I kept checking the status of the other item (pillow) and kept seeing it set at "printing" so I emailed to find out the status. Thank god I did because they said it wasn't going to be ready until after the new year! When I wanted to know why I was told one thing (order by end of day to get in time for Christmas but now it's delayed) but they're unable to fulfill they said I was advised of the delay in the order summary email. Granted, I didn't read the email line-by-line because I was confident that they would abide by their original statements and if there was a delay they would have put it on the website BEFORE I completed my order like most other sites do to let the customer know. Nope, they did a sneaky switch-a-roo and when I told them I expected my item before Christmas as originally promised and that I checked Shutterfly (and several other providers who do the same thing) are saying they can still delivery before Christmas why can't they and if they can't then cancel and refund ASAP so I can go elsewhere. Instead of even trying to handle the matter they opted to just cancel and refund. What a craptastic way of doing business (or rather, the lack thereof). Very sneaky!!! I used to recommend these people after my first order was such a hit and even wrote a positive review for them before but after these underhanded practices I will NEVER come back to this company and will make sure I spread just as much word of mouth negative feedback as I had given in positive reviews before.

I have been trying to order a bulk order. Have been back and forth via an email with a rep, who gave me a certain price. When I am placing the order the price is higher. I tried calling the company where I have received a very rude response from a "Supervisor" telling me she can't do anything and hung up on me.

This is an online company if you want new clients you need to be at least more responsive.

I absolutely love this company everything i have ordered is awesome the best one yet. I recommend doing the puzzle absolutely love them. I would give this company 10 + Stars

Pricey compared to Walmart, but print quality is great! They also have more variety in background choice.

I love this company! I have ordered several photo blankets from them to give as gifts and the final products are just gorgeous. Everyone who gets them as gifts is just floored at how beautiful they are. The quality is great and the printing is clear and vivid. Turn around time after ordering is fantastic. After a few days of ordering the item gets shipped and gets to you so fast! I would definitely recommend this online company for your photo gifts.

I have been using their website forever and have loved it, however today everytime I changed pages the deals changed ( usually got worse) I wasn’t able to do several of the things I should have been able too... my free shipping and handling was anything but and whomever figured out their 50% off needs some help. I emailed customer service and was polite at first but got the RUDEST female I think I’ve ever had anywhere.... she was no help whatsoever and basically called me stupid before I pointed out that she hadn’t even read my email so didnt know what she was talking about!!! Horrible experience all the way around!!!!! Customer service guaranteed..... not with her! The web site has become very misleading lately too.... definitely pay more attention!

I ordered 5x7 cards from Collage.com through a Groupon. I made thank you cards intended for use for my son's graduation. The process was easy, though I was given no information about if they were flat cards, or folded, or if they even came with envelopes (perhaps postcards). When they arrived, I was so disappointed! They are just very, very thin and flimsy 5x7 photos. Not even true photo grade paper. The back is stamped with "printed by..." info in such a way that it will be difficult to write the message on them. So disappointed!

Excellent job on my order. Exactly as I created. Quicker shipping than expected. Would order from again.

I have ordered many times from this company.They do a wonderful job.I have received so many compliments on the collage blankets I ordered.I can find the most reasonable prices here.Very quick delivery.I also have ordered many canvases here and they are so vibrant and clear.I would recommend this company for your next canvas or blanket.Also there customer service is great.They will do what it takes to make it right if something doesn't live up to your expectations.Just recently I had a small problem with the lettering fading on one of my most comfy blankets so I got a hold of customer service and the employee Scott was wonderful.He also followed up making sure I was happy.I will definitely be using this company many more times.
