I bought an umbrella from Collar and Cuffs in 2019 but lost the cover a few months ago. I contacted them asking if I could purchase a new cover and they sent me one for free! Very good service. I will always buy my umbrellas from them

Umbrella. I’ve gone through so many others since getting dog 6year ago. This has stood up to all that the weather mad thrown at it over the last 6 months on the north wales coast. Still good as new. So strong and no turning inside out. Just over twenty pound and simply can’t fault it. Awesome

I lost an umbrella slip cover and I was wondering if I could get a replacement: at the speed of light a new complimentary cover is on its way to my house. Wayne and the Collar and Cuffs staff were incredibly friendly and prompt to meet my needs (by the way: all their umbrella I have had are of excellent quality, elegant and wind resistant!). What else to add except that I highly recommend this company!

Collar and Cuffs excels at both customer service and product quality - I consider myself a regular customer after only one order, I'll definitely be returning and would definitely recommend. First-class email communication, and my purchase (a Storm-Proof Defender Umbrella) is top-of-the-range stuff. Excellent.

I purchased a 4 - pack of collar stiffeners off Amazon and when I got my order, one set was smaller than the rest. As it turns out, they had made some changes and the description needed updating. Anyway, I contacted customer service and was blown away. They immediately looked into my issue, and offered me an additional pair of collar stiffeners of my choice at no cost. They now have a customer for life.
For what it's worth, the quality and craftsmanship of the stiffeners would have kept me as a customer, their fit and finish are world class. Top that off with World Class customer service. It just doesn't get any better. Thanks guys!!

I had a recent issue that turned out to be minor, regarding my Cuffs and Collars umbrella. I had an immediate response when I contacted their support. I highly recommend them for their courteous help and their quality products. Very satisfied.

Sometimes in life things go wrong! How it dealt with makes the difference, Wayne at 820 on a Sunday night resolved a issue on a shirt straight away no fuss not batting off the issue, done resolved and great service. I cannot recommend Collar and cuffs enough! Well done ! Real advocate for your company

Exceptional customer service. My less than a month umbrella loss a piece and they are sending a replacement. They were very helpful, friendly and quick to fix the problem. I defiantly would recommend them.

Wow - their customer service is amazing; 10 month old umbrella broke at a joint (which is unusual). Sent photo & they are replacing it with any one of my choice. Would recommend this brand - for quality & after sales support.

I bought an umbrella about 5 years ago for my husband and he has been very pleased with it. When a spoke-cap broke I contacted Collar and Cuffs for a replacement and, even though the design is no longer available, Wayne arranged for an alternative to be supplied. Excellent and very prompt service! Thank you.

I have had my wallet for more than twenty years and it is starting to disintegrate. What I want is a new one exactly like it, only new. These are not easy to find. I searched a lot of the internet and found that Collar and Cuffs had the closest match. From an experience perspective they were OK. The item that I ordered was reasonably priced and turned up nicely packaged in a reasonable period. Unfortunately, the actual wallet was not quite as much like my old one as I needed it to be. It's basically drawerware. It's in my drawer but I am never going to use it. What I really needed was the website to offer very precise measurements of every aspect of the wallet. I get that it would be a faff to add this to the database but if business is slow while Covid is hanging around then perhaps they could spend the time doing that. I cannot be the only person with quite precise requirements.

Strong and sturdy umbrellas.

Bought two identical 24 rib umbrellas via Amazon. Both had multiple aesthetic defects (clearly visible). As it was raining, it had to be used.

Communication: Very active & involved. Part refund suggestion was rejected by C&C. Thankfully Amazon compensated.

This company has the best customer experience service I have ever had, they know how to make loyal customers. I bought an umbrella six months ago, and I had some problems with it, I sent them an e.mail with the problems and photos for it, actually, I did not think that I will even get a reply to my e.mail. However..I got a reply within one hour (that was on an early morning in a weekend) and the whole issue was solved within a couple of hours. These guys know how to make loyal customers. I would strongly recommend this company.
