Gorgeous collar
The product was well made and the colour was lovely. I made a judgement error a d it was too chunky for my dog and the seller has kindly agreed that I can send the collar back and she'll replace it with a smaller one. Much appreciated as it's my error, not hers.

Biothane 20mm collar
Great product- bionthane collar is strong, well made and feels easy to clean.
Chose an identity tags which fixes to the collar- again this is great.
Good choice of colours- I chose orange for better visibility.
Super quick delivery as well.

there was nothing wrong with the dog…
there was nothing wrong with the dog bed but it said it was a suitable size for whippets,neither dogs have attempted using,its too small and very firm.Shame really.

Awesome quality
Sorry for the English. I ordered a dog cave bed 5 years ago for my English bull terrier on this website. It was the greatest dog bed I've ever had, very good quality, I washed it many times and it was still as good as new. He was very old and having a cave bed kept him warm all year long. Sadly our fur baby passed away last december. So we gave his bed to our local shelter.
Now we're getting ready to welcome a new puppy, and even though the taxes are expensive to get the bed to be delivered in France (il y aura des frais de douane de 30€ à payer à la Poste pour ceux qui se demanderaient), it's worth it. The package arrived very quickly and the quality is still there. Our new baby is arriving in 20 days but I have no doubts that he will like it as much as his brother did.

Not a success.
We hoped that the dog bed would be like the photo on the website but this is not so. The arched cover does not support itself and does not provide a comfortable bed space for our dog. The degree of padding in the cushion is so large that our dog rolls off it instead of finding a comfortable spot. So not a success.

Hi Graham, We overfil our beds with fibre, there is a zip on the inner white cotton cushion so you can remove some to flatten the cushion more giving more space. Please try this and let us know how you get on.

Fantastic service and product
I had an excellent experience ordering with Collared Creatures. It was my first order and I bought one of the dog beds. I was delighted when it arrived the very next day! I was also kept informed by the courier throughout the process, with the option to change the delivery date if necessary. The bed itself is fantastic! It’s excellent quality. The bed is weighty, super soft, and has the feel of a comfortable sofa. My lurcher is delighted!
