Great Collar, Weak Leash
The collar looks amazing, and we love the engraving.
We liked the lead a lot, but the handle unfortunately snapped the first week we had it when our dog ran to the end of it while playing on her walk.
Overall, we’d totally buy another collar here in a heartbeat (also love that they ship to the U.S.), but the leash didn’t hold up at all.

The cave bed is amazing
The actual cave bed is amazing, my two dogs love it 🥰 I can fit in it with them. The fabric is soft but hard wearing and the covers are all removable for washing. Well worth the money.
The delivery company however was absolutely terrible. 3 failed “attempts” to deliver, one where they took a picture of the house next door, another one they just drove past and the third “delivery delayed”. I stood in the garden for the fourth attempt with both dogs for over an hour so as I didn’t miss them. The parcel was battered and torn but the bed was intact. Please consider an alternative delivery group other than DX

Very disapointing customer service and collar sizing
I have emailed them 3 times now, with no response. The collar I received was the correct size for my dog, but because she was at the smaller end of the size ratio the material was 'doubled up' so far that it makes the collar too big and bulky around her neck. The next size down would have been too small for her. They have completely ignored my comments and chosen to do nothing - which is really poor customer service.

Good Afternoon, Alison. I'm really sorry to hear the collar wasn't right for you. I have just checked and you sent an email to us on Sat 15th February explaining the problem and we responded on Monday 17th saying that if you pop the collar back to us we will alter the collar to fit your pooch.

Excellent Drying Robes
Saw these drying robes on Instagram and thought they looked amazing. As the drying robes I had for my two dogs were cheap and not a brilliant quality, I thought I’d give these a try. They have not disappointed. The quality is excellent- as are the colours. Plus they arrived very quickly. Plus the dogs are very happy to wear them. Extremely good value for money.
