The service is excellent and very personal. Time and effort is given to ensure that the fit matched your expectations with final delivery always being on time. My only downside has been the quality of some material after careful washing.

So much of clothing comes down to preference, so when items are made to order, it's easy to get something that's perfectly well-made, but not exactly what you wanted. Travis is very communicative with clients, which reduces the possibility that you'll be dissatisfied with your final garment. I would recommend paying for the trial jacket and trial trousers on your first purchase. It will help set you up for better final product and is worth the cost in my opinion.

The team at collaro was very helpful in helping me dial down the fit of the initial trousers. Which made my second commission fit beautifully.

Ordered a custom jacket. There was a slight tailoring error with a sleeve, and Collaro did not think twice. They quickly reimbursed part of the jacket value so I could get it fixed by local tailor. Now it is one of my most used items in my wardrobe.

I cannot say enough about how brilliant Collaro is. Travis and his team are constantly bringing in fantastic fabrics, and new styles and providing more options for the consumer.

My last suit from them was needed for a Wedding in high summer, I wanted a breathable fabric, but not linen or seersucker. Yuri sent me several suggestions and i picked a high twist wool - absolutely stunning and so easy to wear.

Travis guided me through the process of updating my pattern and measurements, using my previous suit i ordered, and we updated my measurement where i think we are near to perfect.

For years, I have struggled to find classic menswear clothing in natural fibers and an appealing style that fits me. The team at Collaro has far surpassed my expectations by providing excellent quality, excellent prices, and excellent customer service. I cannot recommend them enough!

Advice for first-time buyers:
- Use their trial garment option and communicate with the staff for fit advice.
- I found this review on reddit helpful when ordering my first suit (Trustpilot doesn't allow links in reviews but it was titled "Ordering A Suit From Collaro Classic Menswear"). The suit I bought is made of the same wool as in the review ("Textured Charcoal High Twist Wool - English, Wool"). It's a wonderful fabric with a deep color and great wrinkle resistance.

Great company with good communication through the order process and lots of options. I've ordered a couple of jackets and a pair of jeans from them and I'm really happy with the quality and fabric and overall experience. Will be ordering from them again in the future.

The order was completed quickly. Measurements were respected. Lots of customization possible and a wide choice of fabrics.

Collaro's customer service is second to none! I would highly advise attending a fitting if they visit a city near you. I changed my mind on a few fabric choices after being able to handle them in person.

Had gone down to get measured and my first order turned out really great! Love the fact that now I can make follow-up orders from the comfort of my own home knowing that the clothes definitely fit well. The customer journey was great the first time, and even better afterwards, as your measurements are all there and you really are able to visualise all the customisation options with how the site is designed.
