Big scam ! Never delivered my order. They have fake tracking links for your package...

Great pictures online, unfortunately when the products arrive its a deception. The quality is nowhere near what is described. 'Knitted cotton socks' contain more plastic than the pacific. The knitted pattern turns out to be a printed pattern.

On top of that the website is deceiving: for months now it states: 'Last day xx% off' to trick you into a fast buy. I requested a full refund but then the delaying tactics begin.

Don't be tricked by the great pictures, save yourself a disappointment.

I ordered cute knitted animal socks to make a gift for my friends. I paid  $41.18 for two pairs expecting a nice quality as on the pictures on the website. However, after more then 3 weeks of waiting, I received fully (!!!) polyester thin socks with animals with knitted-like print (!). They look terrible and, of course, waste of money and complete dissapointment. In response to my e-mail, they offered a 8 USD refund and suggested to keep the product (cheap trash which I would never wear myself, let alone give anyone as a gift). Scam! Avoid!

Would go 0 if I could. Lost my parcel in shipping then claimed it made it but the post office sent it back to the return facility. I requested a refund but they said we can issue you a refund minus the shipping fee and product cost?? What sort of refund is that?? A refund of $0.00. DO NOT BUY

Received order different from a product images. Worse quality and fake feel. After complain they offered 30% refund.

The product supplied was a terrible facsimile of the product advertised and the company refused a refund on the grounds they supplied the correct product.

A fun pair of knitted socks featuring a knitted sloth, somehow translated into a cheap generic cotton/polyester sock onto which a soft toy made from the cheapest materials possible was stitched. The toy was made with fabric carrying a printed knitted pattern.

Fraudulent advertisement, zero apparent responsibility and ultimately trying to pass the buck onto their manufacturers. The product came directly from China and all communications were during Chinese office hours. Make your own conclusions, but this is most certainly not a US company, despite what their website implies.

If you don't like to be disappointed, do not buy from this site!

The produkt is at best of quality for flore whiping at worst... for trash out of pakage.
Dont buy from those scammers.

Order placed on 3.11.2025, today is 20.11. I was asked to be patient, than informed my order was passed to shipping company, but no tracking number recieved even though it was stated in their email, I will get one, when the shipping starts

No other answer than "be patient"

No tracking information received. They make up excuses of problems with shipping. They say that they are shipping more but it is not true. Scam. No refund truly possible, they disappear once you ask them for this.

Return policy is not properly enforced. When you're within your right to a refund they cause delays and make up excuses.
This is not how a serious company treats their customers.

Product never arrived, no customer support only AI replies. Don't buy!

Likely a scam or a shady business that can't own up to their mistakes. They don't send what you pay for, hiding behind warehouse procedures and customer "support" for a symbolical refund of 2$. Don't fall for that!
