Very true Nicola, you can't give a review but somehow you have still managed to do so. Well done! After not having any contact from Nicola on where her item might be she decided to leave an awesome 1 star review. The item was sent to her on 29/11/21 then 6 days later, despite not contacting us and during the start of the Christmas postal rush it had not arrived.
After seeing the review, we contacted her to apologise for the delay and even though it was not over due (according to Royal Mail timelines) we issued a full refund and told her to keep the figure if it arrives.
So far we've still not had a reply from Nicola, you ok hun?
For those reading this review We're sure you can see that this highlights our awesome customer service and how we look after all our customers. Merry Christmas, Nicola!

Prompt, Polite and Unbelievably Wholesome!
Not only did it get sent out promptly, but I got different emails telling me when it was ready to be dispatched AND when it was actually dispatched. As if that wasn't handy enough, it arrives with a note on it asking for, and I quote "Postie please handle carefully" and on the inside was the figure, lovingly wrapped in bubblewrap, with a wee bag of Haribo and a note saying they hope I enjoy my "Transformers Seekers Set". The figures are not called that though, so that had to be hand typed by someone, not just a machine regurgitating the product name. The whole experience was very pleasant and probably the most wholesome delivery I have ever received!

I ordered two Back to the Future figures online. The whole process was simple and seem less. With very quick email updates to where my order was and when to expect my delivery, which arrived on time well packaged and protected.
