I am sorry to hear that. I did nor receive any emails or messages from you while your double remarque print was being prepared.
We do not keep remarque prints in stock. They are done to order and take up to two weeks to prepare. Double remarque prints like your order are especially time-consuming.
You placed your order on 9 November; it was ready for dispatch on 22 November, and delivered on 26 November. The booking courier and Royal Mail should have notified you by email at least three times of the progress of your delivery. Did you check your junk box?

Excellent service for airmail delivery to the US. Package was in excellent condition, always amazed at the number if stamps!

Just a note to remind you that I have taken your print to my framer, who is an hour away, and when it is ready I will go to collect it. In the meantime please be patient. He is very busy and I am just one of his many customers with orders waiting to be framed. I will let you know when your print is ready to dispatch.

I understand your frustration, but it would help if I knew when you needed the print delivered for your husband's retirement. You have not said in any of your previous remarks when that date is. We do our best here, but we are not mind-readers.
With hope, I will be able to collect the print from my framer this week and ship it to you by the weekend.

My framer is an hour away by car, and as I mentioned in my reply on 29th May, below, you were fortunate to get your order in on the very day I was going with my other orders. My next scheduled visit would have been at the end of June to collect the framing that he was able to finish by then. He is very busy and has a six-week turnaround for framing.
You have been even more fortunate that I was able to persuade him to frame your order so that I could collect it today, 8th June. I will pack and ship it so you will receive it in a few days.
I should not be posting a reply here - this is not a complaints book - but since you have used it to complain in public about our lack of a 24-hour framing and delivery service, it is for the benefit of our other customers to see how our customer service operation works when tested.
