The worst service

The worst service, keep away from them! For home delivery many items are missing or substituted at a higher price. Now they force you to use Xtra, and it is impossible to log in. After 6 weeks of emails and phone calls to customer service their system is still down. They don't deserve to be in business.

Spent 3 hours logging in over and over

Spent 3 hours logging in over and over, selected 53 items for home delivery, when confirming the order all 53 items were marked "not available". There is no one to contact. E-mail? "Will reply in 5 days" (!). This is Colruyt and Collect&Go's idea of customer service.
Had to spend more hours placing the order with their competitor, who is not much better.

Order with collect and go

Order with collect and go. Delivery on Friday between 18:00 and 19:00. Confirmed by C&G and paid for! At 17:45 a call that delivery would be delayed for later that night. On 20:17 message that order was canceled as no delivery could be assured. Remarkable take the money promising a service but no compliance. You don’t know to with whom you are communicating and have no way to follow up. Don’t use it ashtray have no clue !

Apart from the very bad website…

Apart from the very bad website experience, what I found the worst is the *dishonest* way in which they hide the costs of delivery.

BOTTOM LINE: to buy your groceries online use CARREFOUR.

If you choose carton boxes you'd pay 1 EUR per box (which would end up easily on 8-10 EUR for a medium order, considering some items can be heavy) and that's money that goes to the garbage.

Then, if you choose to get the plastic boxes. They explicitly don't show you the cost of this, not even an estimate and it seems to be on purpose. You wouldn't make an order where you have to pay 11 EUR delivery + 35 EUR in plastic boxes.

In any case, you would expect normally to be able to return these boxes easily. You need to go in person to one of the stores and bring the boxes to get a refund, and if you have several of them you probably need a car.
I was told by the customer service this is all mentioned in their website. Well, you have to search through the whole FAQ to understand you cannot return the boxes when a 'Driver' delivers them (to understand what they mean by 'Driver' you also need to read another part of the FAQ. And to know whether a 'Driver' or the other option applies to you you need to use another link and add your ZIP code there. None of this is shown during checkout and the details are hidden on purpose.
Of course they will adapt the amount they took from your card to charge you whatever they want after you pay.
And of course the 'Driver' would just tell you he/she has nothing to do and you should contact the company.

Apart from that, they don't deliver items and they just charge you for them. That easy. And the invoice they send would not have all the necessary details you want to understand what they charged (e.g. weights for vegetables).

Unfortunately, in Belgium this low quality of service is kind of a standard. But clearly this one the worst I've tried.

I advice to use CARREFOUR service (this time they were busy so I couldn't order). They don't hide costs, they don't charge you for items they don't deliver, you don't need to pay 20-3-40 EUR extra for they bags/containers, etc.
I've tried Delhaize and their service is also bad.

mediocre service

They make customers wait outside, which is pretty annoying. But, honestly, that’s the least of the worries. The real letdown is how they handle our grocery orders. Like, we asked for 2 kilos of potatoes and got just two potatoes instead. Then there was this pack of strawberries that already started to mold. And if you try to save a bit by ordering a cheaper salmon, surprise, they swap it for a pricier one (though, to be fair, they do give you a heads-up before you pay). The frozen veggies are a whole other story—they must thaw and then freeze again along the way because what I end up with is just one big ice lump. Not sure if this kind of mix-up is normal for these services. You wouldn't bother to complain in person since it doesn't seem like a big deal. But, it definitely leaves you feeling pretty annoyed by the end.

Can’t trust this company

Ordered 15 trays. Came with 1.
Delivery man doesn’t know anything. “Just call them” he said. “So what’s the nr? I don’t know”.

You can’t trust this company. Needed this order for an event on the same day. Now I have to go to the shop and buy it. After shopping hours, with no time..

Ordered 15 trays so discount applied. No discount now. Instead I got 13€ delivery costs.

Amateurs.
