Fantastic service - Ordered cards that I’ve wanted and they arrived within a couple of days. I’ve asked to be notified if another card that I want, becomes available. Excellent customer services.

Placed a preorder for a product months before it comes out and with barely a week before it releases the preorder is cancelled. Tried to email them to enquire further and their email address isn't real.

Purchased 2 orders totaling more than £100 on pokemon cards. Cards never arrived and customer service is not helpful. No cards, no refund, avoid this seller.

My online order arrived very well packaged. Stellar customer service too when one of my items was out of stock.

I bought a Pokémon card advent calendar for Christmas for my son. When it arrived it looked like it had been squashed and consequently a few of the doors were already open. I emailed to ask about a return but heard nothing back from the company. My son kept the advent calendar though it was damaged and so far we have had two days without any cards in. Really disappointing for an advent calendar that cost nearly £50. Also really disappointing customer service from the company. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

So I was rummaging around on social medias and heard about this place. I was surprised to see a Mega Audino EX Single for sale, so I bought that, a Shiny Crobat V and a Slowbro EX (as I was planning to make an Audino Normal Dark deck, but as I continue with this review you'll see what happened.) The delivery was a few days later than anticipated but that was just Royal Mail being Royal Mail. What I didn't expect however, was how good these cards looked. They included a toploader and a sleeve on each and every card. Honestly I don't want to take the Mega Audino EX out though now and that's genuinely kind of funny.
11/10 quality, take my 5* review.
