Awesome watch at a great price with excellent service to boot! Highly recommended!

The auction itself was fine, very clear and once it had finished I did get a bit worried that it would be a hassle. The seller email didn’t work and after a little panic I spoke to the guys at Watch collecting and they put me at ease and the rest was seamless. We also had a great chat about the whole process that has made it very likely I will buy more watches.

The whole experience with selling my watch was so easy and professional, Marcus was brilliant from first contact to end result in selling my watch, I would definitely use him again, thank you!

The process to buy was easy: after all, it's an auction site, and only the buyer is pro-active. The watch was on a 'managed by watch collecting listing' so the product held at watch collecting HQ on behalf of the seller. Commission taken immediately and payment to the vendor paid by me as soon as auction won: fair enough. Opted for the 'trusted courier' option but this fell way short of anticipated service. Also very expensive compared to other options such as Royal Mail special delivery. I have an extensive watch collection (and growing) but would be reluctant to buy from this site again and certainly not if the watch was not at HQ. I can't imagine how difficult it may be to get the watch shipped from a private seller. Watch collecting get their commission immediately so not sure what support there is if the privae seller doesn't ship. Yet to receive the watch (due tomorrow) so I'm hoping that the description is accurate. Far more reliable to buy from numerous bricks and mortar re-sellers.
