I had a good meeting today with Brian. We hadn't met before so he asked questions to get acquainted with my business. I established my agenda for the meeting and we were able to get through all my concerns. He gave me clear steps to complete and explained the follow up he would complete. Glorified Spreadsheet
There is no help from anyone there. You'll go days before you get a response. You also have to do the majority of the work. You're paying over 3K for a glorified excel spreadsheet.
