Brittney has been great in helping me get onboarded. This is all new to me, so I was looking for a complete hand-holding scenario, and Collective has done that so far. I look forward to working with them the rest of the year to see how much money I can save on my taxes.

As a customer, really appreciated the onboarding team's help in understanding S-Corps and how to keep everything going smoothly. This was my first time converting my LLC to S-Corp status and it came with a lot of learning, so glad the UI made it simple and easy to access the different new responsibilities I had to take on.

The support team has been quite helpful and quick to respond whenever I've had niche requests, and when the ask is outside of their domain, they do a great job in communicating with the correct team members on my behalf.

Monthly reimbursements reminder/calculator has saved me quite a few times too.
