I asked for 2 books in portuguese and both came in spanish. The questions are not accured for people who born in 50’s and 60’s. And it too long time to arrive.

Headaches

It takes a lot of time for the books to arrive, but they arrived. I wanted the books for Christmas and ended receiving those in january. It was peak season, so you can let that slide along with the fact that the provided tracking number did not work. Also, I’d say they are overpriced, but that’s on me and I will let it slide too. What I am not going to let slide is the fact they charge you AFTER you buy the books WITHOUT CONSENT 29 bucks for some kind of service they never mention nor give you access to. That is not something I will let slide and I think is a fraudulent behavior. Do not buy anything from this company! They say that they sell books, but the only thing you buy are headaches.

They're scammers

They're scammers. The offer included gold pens that never arrived. The books are expensive and poor quality. They offer 30 free days to a community with giveaways and other perks, but even if you don't activate it, they subscribe you without your consent and then, in a very opaque way, start charging you monthly fees. Even if you complain, they won't take your side; it's all done in bad faith. In many countries, these practices would be illegal.

The good Christmas Gift

The book arrived just as I hoped, everything was perfect! I noticed there was a subscription included with my purchase, so I requested a cancellation and everything went smoothly. Thank you

This is a complete scam!

This is a complete scam. AFTER you purchase your book, they "offer" you a "complimentary 30 trial" to an online platform that you are never given any OPT IN notification for, and then will charge you for a subscription thereafter. Again, absolutely no OPT IN, or even indication that a subscription exists until after you've made your purchase and they have your CC info. The company is practicing completely unethical, and illegal fraud and needs to be reported until they are given a cease and desist. The books are also completely corny and low quality, you can do better by just asking your family members to write down some unique and interesting stories from their lives. If anything, I'm embarrassed that I allowed myself to believe this company was anything but a garbage trap.

DO NOT ORDER!

DO NOT ORDER!
They automatically subscribe you to an abonnement, which is not clearly communicated.
You only notice it after a month, when they automatically deduct € 36 from your account.
WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!

Hidden subscription

Received the book, nice enough. But... They add you to a monthly subscription with no permission. As a free gift !?? Unacceptable, money goes out a month after you ordered your book and I have not been refunded. Obviously this is how they make their money. Do not use this company.

DO NOT PURCHASE!

DO NOT BUY! I made a Trustpilot account just to give this review to warn others about NOT TO BUY from them!

They automatically put me in a monthly subscription for about $40 a month! I just realised this as they took $40 from my account and they deny to pay me back! They say they can't because of Terms and Conditions that I accepted while buying this book! But of course who is even thinking that they could be agreeing to a monthly fee while buying ONE book!

Negative option billing trap

I bought a product that included “30 days free access,” but I was charged €34.99 for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for. Customer support refused a refund and only offered cancellation. This feels like a negative option billing trap. Avoid.

Hidden subscription, retained card details, and misleading practices

The missed delivery was frustrating. The rest was unacceptable.

I ordered in early December based on a “7–10 day delivery” promise. It was their "Christmas Offer". The item arrived a month later, after Christmas, which ruined it as a gift. That’s bad service, but delays happen. Small businesses can get overwhelmed at Christmas, but it sucks to be pushed constant ads and emails to "order" more – when they couldn't fulfil my first order.

What doesn’t “just happen” is this:

• My payment details were retained without consent
• A further charge was attempted around a month later that appeared to be tied to a subscription that was not clearly disclosed or explicitly agreed to at checkout

That raises serious concerns under Consumer Contracts Regulations (clear consent for recurring payments), unfair trading rules (dark patterns), and UK GDPR (retention and reuse of payment data).

While my order was still undelivered, I also received emails advertising “24–48 hour delivery via Amazon”, which only reinforced the lack of transparency.

This kind of behaviour goes beyond poor execution.
It undermines consumer trust and makes it harder for ethical small businesses to compete without resorting to tricks.

At best, this is deeply misleading. At worst, it appears regulator-reportable.

Proceed with caution.

Would give 0 if I could. If you purchase please know you are automatically signed up for an expensive subscription. This was not made clear in my opinion.

Lots of "extras" thrown in that amount…

Lots of "extras" thrown in that amount to nothing. They try to get you stuck in a subscription for a "free community" and don't send you any reminders to cancel your free access before you get roped into a $34.99/month subscription. They don't budge on giving you a refund 2 days after you see the charge come through on your credit card.

The book and pen I got from them were cheap and not of high quality despite the description.

I won't be buying anything from them ever again.

terrible sneaky monthly subscription

Like most people here it looks like we got got with a holiday scam since this was highly promoted on social media. You buy a book and they sneak a monthly subscription in there without you knowing it. Now after the holidays I notice the recurring charge. They are scammers, looks like they did it to a lot of people.

It's a total scam

It's a total scam, his books are sell as great, honestly their ideas are good, but inside them are just simple AI generated content and aren't any worth.
Also, when you purchase a book they charge you with a useless subscription to a community, and you can't cancel it in an easy way, they are not clear with their terms and conditions neither and his support doesn't resolve anything

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. My book took forever to arrive. They scammed me into subscribing to their plan and refused to refund me. I am completely disappointed by this experience and wish I had read other reviews before purchasing anything from them.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY, they do not comply with Subscription laws and hide reoccurring payments.
- They hide free trial to a useless online community when you purchase a book, then charge you monthly without being transparent on the charges.
- they also give you "free gifts" but these are digital and not worth it.
if possible find the books you want else where

Wildly disappointed with this company

Wildly disappointed with this company. I ordered 2 books which might be great. However, as many other reviews seem to mention, I was signed up for and charged for the online subscription. When I emailed asking for a refund, they were extremely evasive, the response had enough emojis to send me into a tailspin and they refused to consider a refund even though they can apparently tell I have not used the subscription yet. Don’t worry, though. They mentioned multiple times I can use the website and see how awesome it is. Pass. The website doesn’t post honest reviews either as their score here versus the website is vastly different. I wish I had found this website before I was scammed. If the books were good, I was planning to get them for more family members. Not anymore! Extremely frustrated with this company…..

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. My order took over a month to arrive, and only after I repeatedly pressured them to ship it. They also signed me up for a hidden subscription without my consent. When I caught the unauthorized charge, they refused to refund me. I had to involve my bank to get my money back. A very sketchy and dishonest experience from start to finish."
