Real access to experts + education
I’m really happy I joined. Tbh the biggest value for me is the combination of education + being able to actually speak to the guys who know. I’m a very hands on person, and wanted to join a community where I could actually ask questions to experts instead of just been given loads of course and video material to watch… and I really feel that’s what’s I’ve got. Reece was a big part of why I felt comfortable signing up, he was professional but still normal, and he didn’t overpromise anything and as of now has over delivered. It’s refreshing in the crypto space. So far, very happy.

Disappointed
I joined Collective Shift hoping for expert-level crypto insights and a strong, supportive community. On the positive side, the platform provides useful educational resources and connects you with like-minded investors, which I appreciated. However, at $15,000 per year, I expected significantly more premium, timely technical analysis and market guidance. There are more affordable options out there that deliver comparable (or in some cases stronger) technical analysis and market insights.
The biggest disappointment came in Q4 last year, when the market turned downward. I found the communication confusing at times, and the bear market seemed to be acknowledged later than expected. I’ve seen some other members express similar frustrations, where the Collective Shift team’s responses come across as quite defensive when criticism arises (this is just my observation.)
I’m sharing this feedback constructively in the hope that the team embrace it to improve their overall product. For me, the value didn’t align with the service provided.

The most costly mistake I've ever made..
The $20,000 I paid for membership was by far the costly financial mistake I have ever made.
I joined Collective Shift in mid October 2025 and, based on the messaging at the time, invested heavily over the following two months with conviction that I was buying dips within an ongoing bull market.
During that period, the dominant messaging from the team was that we remained in a bull market and that pullbacks were likely to recover. I was also told that it is always a good time to dollar cost average into BTC. Acting on that guidance, I deployed a significant amount of capital into Bitcoin, which is where the majority of my losses have occurred.
Yes, crypto is volatile and no one can call exact tops. However, the traditional four year crypto cycle ultimately played out in line with prior patterns, but the messaging was that the 4 year cycle was dead.
The formal acknowledgement of a bear market from Collective Shift came considerably later than some other experts, after substantial drawdowns had already taken place.
While risk management frameworks were eventually discussed for alt coins, the overall conviction during that specific window was clearly bullish. In hindsight, that materially influenced my decision making.
When concerns were raised in the group, I also did not feel there was meaningful accountability taken for the impact of that guidance.
I paid $20k to give myself the best chance of not ending up in the position I am currently in, so I am disappointed and would not recommend the service to anyone.

The level of capital any member chooses to deploy into any asset, be it crypto or other, is entirely their own decision. Sound risk management including position sizing, diversification, and only investing what one can afford to lose is a personal responsibility that cannot be outsourced to any research service, ours included. These principles are not only industry standard; they are ones we actively promote within our community.
We understand it can feel natural to look externally when an investment doesn't go as hoped. However, it would not be accurate or fair to attribute personal capital allocation decisions to our membership. Our role is to educate, not to make financial decisions on behalf of our members.
With regards to 'no meaningful accountability', we respectfully disagree - our entire team has been and continues to be incredibly active in our WhatsApp community, our member platform with consistent and frequent content and engaging weekly live calls.
Collective Shift is a research and education membership, not a financial advisory service. This distinction is fundamental and is clearly outlined in our terms of service and member communications. Our market analysis represents our informed perspective at a point in time; it does not constitute personalised financial advice.
We have also attempted to assist you directly however note that we have not heard back from you in over a week. We genuinely care for our community and, as an active member, still remain very much willing to work with and support you.

My experience with CS has been positive. The team provides insights into the market based on their extensive research, educational material to help you navigate the world of crypto, strategies to help you make informed decisions, weekly Q and A Sessions and live weekly forums. As a Platinum member you also have access to 1:1 sessions with the team to discuss any queries you may have. The team won’t tell you what to invest in, however, they share what crypto they are purchasing and provide plenty of research material for you to consider. Ultimately the decision is still up to YOU in terms of your own personal investing. I have gained confidence and knowledge over the last 2 years with Collective Shift which has helped me with my cryptocurrency investing. Being new to crypto I needed the support which I definitely received from CS.

Product/service not as expected
I joined Collective Shift in 2024 and paid a five-figure fee to join. While the service initially appeared confident and structured, I did not find it delivered value for money.
Many of the highlighted projects declined significantly during the market downturns, twice in my time. I did not see a clear, consistent risk management or exit framework to help protect capital that was invested as per their portfolio recommendations. The overall approach often centred on buying dips, which in my experience led to poor timing and reactive decisions.
Over time, communication felt less personalised as membership grew. For the price paid, I expected stronger guidance, clearer accountability and a more defined capital protection strategy.
Based on my personal experience, I do not believe the service justified the cost.

We feel this is worth noting, as the decision to renew does reflect a level of confidence in the service at that time.
Regarding the broader points raised, we acknowledge that crypto markets experienced significant volatility during your membership, which impacted projects across the entire industry, not just those we cover. Our risk frameworks, portfolio guidance and educational resources are consistently shared with members, though we acknowledge that no service can fully insulate anyone from market downturns and we've never claimed otherwise.

Not happy
I joined Collective Shift in October and paid $20,000 for membership. I joined with the expectation that I would receive clear guidance on when to enter and exit crypto positions, including selling signals, as this was discussed during the onboarding process.
In my experience, the advice provided did not meet my expectations. Several recommendations I followed resulted in significant financial losses. At the same time, I observed marketing content on social media highlighting member gains, which did not reflect my own outcome.
After raising concerns and requesting clarification about the advice and my losses, my access to certain channels was restricted and my refund request was declined. I was disappointed by the response and felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed.
This was a substantial financial commitment for me, and the overall experience did not deliver the level of service, communication, or risk management guidance I had anticipated.
I encourage anyone considering membership to carefully assess whether the service aligns with their risk tolerance and expectations before committing significant funds.

All investment decisions, including which assets to buy, how much capital to allocate, and when to exit, are at the sole discretion of the member. This is an industry-standard position that applies to every research and education service in this space.
Regarding community access, we have a responsibility to maintain a respectful and constructive environment for all members. We actively welcome feedback through our support channels and member surveys, and we would never restrict access for raising legitimate concerns in a constructive way. When I joined collective shift I was hoping not to round trip
When I joined collective shift I was sold the idea of not round triping another cycle. Which I now have round trip and lost a nice chuck of my portfolio. (About a 40% loss )
Had buy signals within the group which also were suggested at Ath and they used highlight biased data way to much for my liking.
Long story short they are a data source and you could find more valuable information and data for cheaper prices elsewhere.
15-20k as a platinum is no good for the pocket.

Throughout 2025 we consistently focused on risk management, position sizing, staged profit-taking, and de-risking as market conditions weakened. For months, we communicated the need to reduce exposure and manage downside risk as liquidity and momentum shifted. This was not a blanket “just hold” approach.
Market downturns are a normal part of every cycle. No research provider can prevent volatility or eliminate drawdowns entirely. What matters is how risk is managed and how investors respond. Members who actively applied the de-risking frameworks and adjusted exposure accordingly were positioned differently to those who did not.
We do not provide guaranteed signals or claim to call exact tops. Our research is built around probabilities and structured frameworks designed to help members make informed decisions.

That said, it’s worth being mindful that at times they can get caught up in a bit of hopium, with a tendency to highlight wins more than losses. If you didn't have their entry prices everyday pundits would be suffering.
Ultimately though, that’s the reality of crypto. To their credit, there are level-headed voices in the group, and if you engage with it thoughtfully and manage your own risk, it can be a useful resource.
