Cheap product, fast delivery and awesome experience!

Have bought from Collectors Den a few times now and have been impressed each time. Speedy delivery, well packed and prices that are rarely beaten by anyone else. All my messages have been replied to very quickly and even kept me up to date due to delays of stock. Nice place to shop and friendly people running it too.

My son is a huge Marvel Legends figure…

My son is a huge Marvel Legends figure fan and finding Collectors Den has felt like finding a little hidden treasure in the world of sought after collectibles. Not only are the prices more than fair (I don’t find things cheaper elsewhere) but I appreciate the honesty and updates from the owner. I have seen a couple of negative reviews today and it makes me sad, not only because I have found the customer service quick and solution focused but also because I would rather deal with a small business and real human being who owns any small mistakes than a huge corporation who not only charge more but would be very impersonal and cold if mistakes are made. If you are an avid collector I couldn’t recommend Collectors Den more, in fact there’s also very few companies that offer a payment plan where possible which significantly helps my younger son afford his collection when multiple figures are released at once.

Excellent service from this company

Excellent service from this company, cannot fault their dedication. I have made several orders over the past year and had no issues, they have always delivered promptly and well packaged.

For the items they sell, they could go like bigger stores and charge more, but they keep to the rrp, which is a godsend to collectors like me. I can't recommend this company enough.

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service, tried to return a Neca figure because the box was damaged was told that they won't except damages to packaging!!
This is a copy of the interaction with them..
They wrote..

So long as the item returns to us in the exact same condition in which it was sent, thats no problem, but as you have already mentioned the packaging is damaged.
People always say the retailers attitude towards the customer is bad when the customer doesn't get their own way. The terms and conditions are quite clearly laid out on the website before you purchased the item and covers the 'damaged' packaging scenario.

No problem at all, I will supply all of the information to the relevant party when you take it further, which will also include the fact that we state 'unwanted' items can be returned so long as they arrive back with us in the same condition in which they left, which this won't

Yes but if its unwanted, which it now is, I have the right to return it to you, and as you stated in your earlier email you don't accept damages to packaging.. So it's not damaged its unwanted.. and as for your attitude towards a valued customer, I find your customer service skills well below par, so I will be taking matters further.. Thanks for your "help"

Bad attitude for there valued customers, who help pay there wages.. Avoid... use Zavvi instead, much better..

The 'damage' was very minor damage to the bottom corner of the outer packaging, this does not class as a damaged item as it was damaged in transit despite our best efforts to protect the item with packaging peanuts and a double wall cardboard box. Good Luck with Zavvi. All of this was written in our terms and conditions before you placed your order, and to report an item as damaged, and then unwanted, only flagged it more. We have customers who open items aswel as keep them in the packaging, so everyone is charged the same price whether they open or leave in the box.

A fairly new company to me, Collectors Den have already proven to be reliable and I will certainly add to my two experiences of shopping with them.
