Ordered an item which was marked as delivered to a safe place, but no safe place was authorised and the parcel was never received. I contacted the seller promptly to explain this and asked for clarity on what was happening.
Unfortunately, I was not given a clear timeframe or resolution and communication became difficult. After 12 days of back forth emails and without the goods or a refund, I had to recover the payment via my bank.
Disappointing experience overall.
