Collection confirmed by email with order number. No show on the day or two days after. Phone number on the website is not valid so doesn't ring. Used the company address and google maps to phone the building and was in a queue on the phone for 30 minutes then got through and provided order number. They Confirmed they were the correct company but my order was not on the system their end. Couldn't say why or help. Said they would escalate and call me back. Money left my account over a week ago. Didn't read reviews in advance but can see many related experiences on here so will seek refund and book another provider.

I am short 40 quid, an hour of admin and three days of waiting and now back where I started. If this is what you are looking for, book now.

Don’t bother! Booked and paid for collection. Time changed twice! Then no room on van!!! Very rude driver!!! Don’t wast your time with them.

I had an old mattress which had been out doors for a while (due to a long tale of woe involving delivery failures, sleeping on floors and the like). I wanted to get rid of this in a 'green' way so looked for mattress recyclers. This company seemed suitable. No where on the web site does it specify condition requirements for the mattress. I booked a collection and didn't hear anything for a few days. Then I got notification from a company I didn't recognise that they were going to collect the mattress. When they turned up they refused to take it (fairly in my mind) because they were also delivering new items to customers. They assumed they were collecting a mattress from a house off of someone's bed. I have no issues with the collection company themselves as they were just doing what they had been contracted to do. I do with collectyouroldbed because they aren't as advertised.

Collectyouroldbed need to indicate obviously that they use third party collection people. That those collection people may also have goods to deliver. That the third party have condition requirements for the mattress. That they wont collect a mattress which has been outside in the rain. And finally they need to give a faster response.

I'm now in the process in trying to get a refund as they haven't done what I contracted them to do. They haven't collected my old bed!

Was very worried about this company having read the reviews but needed rid of our bed asap so took a chance.
I need not have worried as they were brilliant. Sent a email regarding pick up and it was replied to almost immediately and was sent the info for our collection.
The company who were collecting the bed sent a tracking number and turned up on time and were brilliant.
Would definitely use this company again.

Would be zero stars, taken my money but not picked up the mattress and not replying to emails.

Turns out they're a fantastic company and I have no complaints with them whatsoever. I paid for a collection on Thursday for a monday collection. I was given a time slot on Sunday and a tracking click for the drivers on Monday morning. (The tracking link looks outdated but worked perfectly fine).

Brian the gentleman coming to collect, called me 15 minutes before arriving. He was polite and courteous, and answered all my questions.

I felt it important to leave a review. The negative trust pilot reviews got me pretty worried, but I in fact had a brilliant experience with the company (Mostly due to their lovely collection team).

The price was amazing aswell (much cheaper and quicker then my local council)

I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Massive scam it seems. Failed to collect my mattress twice. On the third attempt they emailed me a proof of collection - just a document, no photos - but my mattress was still not collected by the front door. Could not get through on the phone. Emailed them to request a refund. Still waiting for a response. DON'T USE THEM.

Do not!!! Do not use this company!! They will leave your bed if it has any marks on it. DO NOT USE. They are scammers. These reviews with more than one are fake! Do not trust them!

Was quite concerned at first as the website carries the hallmarks of being a scam, its sparse, basic and the contact no. does not work. I decided to risk it as quotes from others were so much more expensive! and I actually got a response to my email query.
They missed my first pick up, but the customer service my email promptly rearranged a new one which occurred without a hitch. The customer service emails were actually from Rehnus Home Delivery which if you look them up are a reputable company. if they lead with that branding I expect they were get more custom.

Worrying at first - severe lack of communication and no contact number that actually works. Sent as email with no reply too but sure enough, a tracking message was sent and they turned up in the allocated time and were friendly on arrival. Half the price of the council too without weeks of waiting.

I wish I had read the reviews before using this service. Same thing as the rest, poor customer service, was supposed to have a mattress picked up. Drivers showed up, only to leave after claiming to call me (no missed calls, no VMs). The company is impossible reach (no phone number in service) and they don't answer emails. I fear I'll be out £40 as well with a mattress sitting eternally in our hallway

They wouldn’t take the bedstead - they wanted it dismantled but no indication on website. The driver also said that everything had to be in the hall. I couldn’t get double bedstead down on my own and there was no information on website when placing order. Needless to say no communication since. No money back either

Scammers! Stay away! They took the pay but never showed and NO REPLY! Emails and phone calls no response whatsoever!

Wish I’d seen the reviews. Total scam artists. They go under the name of RHENUS. came to my house to collect but did not ring on the doorbell. Someone called me. But when I answered there was no voice at the other end. Called back straight away. No answer. I was in the house the whole time but never saw them here. Useless service and seems like a scam. Don’t trust them.

Came across this company online and followed the instructions to book the removal of 2 beds, 2 mattresses and 2 headboards. I chose a day convenient to me for two days later. I was charged a reduced price of £65.50 because I had more than one bed for removal. Paid £10.00 a piece for the removal of the two headboards. The two drivers arrived within the allotted time and one of the drivers said that 'a bed set only consists of one bed frame and one headboard and no mattress. I understood that I had paid for everything including the mattresses and headboards. The second driver said that it was 'ok'. I wasn't sure what I had paid for and phoned the company who assured me that one 'bed set' consists of one bed frame and one mattress and no headboard. Why? I ask do the drivers who collect these items not understand what a 'bed set' consists of and send the customer into panic. I had paid separately for each headboard. The driver needs training in what he is meant to collect hence, my reason for not giving 5 stars.

I was worried about the bad reviews. But the company was excellent. They did say on the phone they couldn't collect my mattress if it was wet, as I explained it had rained that day. And I probably wouldn't get a refund. However that day 2 really friendly men turned up and said don't worry its only a bit wet we,ll take it. So polite and friendly and the price was amazing! Really pleased! Would thoroughly recommend!

I feared the worst after reading some of the reviews but frankly the service I received was excellent. Automated ordering and collection and very competitive pricing but the lack of flexibility and human contact might be a problem if you need to talk to someone or change things such as the collection date. The terms and conditions on the website clearly state that items will not be collected if wet and users of the service have to tick a box to say that they have read the T&C. Also somebody needs to be in the property when the collection is made. The collection company Rhenus arrived on time, were very polite and collected my mattress with the minimum of fuss. I am a very satisfied customer.
