Fantastic service. Took 5 minutes to book. Turned up when they said they would. Took the mattress with minimal fuss.

Booking process was simple, I was given an email with a time window for my collection service, the removal team rang to let me know when they were close. Mattress removal went smoothly, but I was put into panic when they drove off without taking the bed frame. Had to call them, show them my invoice to prove that I had paid for both bed and frame removal, they then removed the bed frame. Would recommend them, but they may need to work on supplying drivers with the correct information.

What an amazing, well priced service!

I booked and paid online on a Wednesday, which took me all of about 1 minute. My mattress was collected on the Friday. I could not be happier.

A time slot was confirmed on the day by email and text and I even had a link to track where I was in the queue of deliveries for the day.

I read some negative reviews on here but I feel they are unfounded so I advise people to ignore them. It clearly says in the T&Cs on the website don't leave items outside as they won't collect wet items and you'll still be charged if they are wet when they turn up. Keep the item inside until they turn up, simple.

It's not the companies fault if you leave items outside to get wet and didn't read the T&Cs.

I'd use this company again in a heartbeat.

Very pleased. I was given email confirmation of my requested collection day, then given a 3hr time slot. I was then able to track the drivers & received a phonecall shortly before arrival. The drivers were friendly & polite & didn’t mind talking to my 5yr old who was excited at a big white van arriving. They maintained social distance & wore a mask & were happy to collect from my garage. Website could be improved as it’s a bit temperamental & i do hope my mattress is recycled as promised & not just dumped. Would use again & recommend.

Wish i had read the reviews about this service/company.
I arranged a pickup for 29.12.21 and brought my mattress outside for collection, nobody arrived. I had to make another date for 09.01.21, they arrived and refused to take it as it was damp, it had been outside my house since 29.12.20! Upon calling the following Monday, i was informed about the terms and conditions which were never sent to me, and as i write this i'm £28.99 out of pocket! Don't use this company as they're hesitating to refund my money, i have paid for a service that doesn't do the service it says! Waste of time!

Collection slot for 3 mattresses was available within 48hrs, driver telephoned in advance of arrival, collection was well organised. Great service, highly recommended.

Booked collection on a Friday for the following meeting so wasn't expecting a collection time over the weekend.

Bed was collected as arranged without issue, I booked the collection on a day when weather forecast said it would be dry since some reviews say they rejected wet stuff, probably a good idea if your concerned about that being a problem.

Absolutely poor service from this company, the website is very hard to use and understand. Lots of hidden small print. Booked my mattress to be delivered, they told me they would be there between 6am & 9am. They asked me to leave my mattress outside, in a dry and damp free place, this being very hard to do in the middle of winter. I left my mattress outside they then took my money and didn’t bother taking the mattress as it was slightly damp. This is pathetic as how can I assure the mattress to not get damp outside for 3 hours. People have work to go to so I couldn’t keep it in the house. I rang there customer service, was greeted by a very rude lady asking me ‘what I want?’ She was very unhelpful, she out of no where put me on hold and passed me onto another miserable lady, who was just as bad. This company is terrible, just contact the council to collect your bed as this is honestly a waste of money.

First of all, this service did exactly what it said it would. In fact more than it said it would. The information and pickup on the day was excellent but I'm only giving four stars because I felt very unsure and had to chase for information before the day.

It was easy to book online and I got a receipt sent straight to my email address with a reference number, and my chosen date confirmed. However, that was all the information I had. I'd expected some further instructions such as when to put it out, etc. All the website says in 'How it works' is how to do what I did. They really need to add in here that they will text you before the day with a 3 hour time slot. I was left feeling that nothing was happening, and that I didn't know what I was supposed to do. I felt uncertain and a bit worried - especially when I came in here and read negative reviews.

So I emailed them and that bounced straight back saying there was no such email address. Alarm bells! I tried phoning and it kept cutting out. I was getting more worried.

Luckily I finally got through and spoke to someone very helpful who explained that I'd get a text with a three-hour timeslot, so I'd know when to put my mattress out (I really didn't want it out there all day and also didn't want to put it out too late).

A simple addition on the website that explains the process more clearly would have put my mind at rest (as it would have done for other reviewers I've read here). Or have that info in the confirmation email. Every customer has that 'what now?' question. It would also be really useful to update the email address given on the website to one that works.

In the end I got my text and an email the day before collection, with my three-hour timeslot. There was also an online tracker (though clicking on that from the text took me to Amazon for some reason) which showed me how many stops the driver was making and which number I was. This was excellent.

The sad old mattress is now gone and I'm very happy. I just wish it hadn't been so frustrating to get to this point.

Very impressed. I was a little nervous based on other reviews. I think I'd reiterate what someone else said in their review that as long as you are sensible there shouldn't be any issues. Booked my collection online, received an email with a good tracking link the day before and the pickup guys called me an hour before arriving within the 3hr time slot provided. I had already dismantled the bed frame and had put it outside my property as it was a dry day. The guys were polite, and careful when loading it. I will definitely use again.

Good service. Got a tracking link which worked well and also had a call to confirm when they were 10 minutes away. Bit pricier than the council but could collect next day rather than in 6 weeks.

Went with these lot as our Council's website for mattress removal was ludicrously complicated, (was on there for two hours...) only took five minutes to sort on this one. Pretty much the same asking price too!

They were really polite and effective as they removed the old mattress on the day we booked. Our only complaint is that we had to contact them via phone call for a time estimate. (Was told via email we'd get one, but didn't...) Either way, job's done now.

Booking process was easy to collect my double mattress. On the day it was supposed to be collected the company that was coming to collect called and said there truck was full and couldn’t take my mattress. They assured me collectyourbed would be in touch to reschedule. I haven’t heard from them (it’s been 2days). I’ve tried calling them but no one answers the phone and IVe tried emailing them but my emails keep bouncing back. Now I’m out £40!!

If you use your common sense then you won't have any issues. Dismantle your bed and leave the frame and mattress as close to your front door as possible.
Got my text the day before, the guys arrived within the given window, were polite, courteous and professional.
Cannot fault this service

This company is a complete joke,they turned up to take my bed frame and mattress but refused to take it because it was damp. When I phoned up they said they will not reschedule a collection and refused to give me a refund. What decent company does that. I would give 0 stars if I could

Booked online, so glad this company offer this service, there is no other way to dispose of a kingsize mattress during a pandemic!

I received a text and email confirming collection order, the day before, I got a text and email with tracking, this was very useful as it tells you how many stops are in front of you, we put the mattress out early, lads who collected were brill, I'm so pleased 😌, Thankyou!

I booked my collection a couple of days ago. I received an email confirming payment. I rang the company as I wasn’t sure what happens next. The lady explained I would get a text the day before. They collected on the day and within the 3 hour time slot.
I was a little worried because of the negative reviews but for me it was a very swift pick up.
