The last payment was made in August, which triggered the government contribution shortly thereafter. This contribution may take up to 30 days to be processed.

Changed both of my companies to this Free Payroll from IRIS this year. It's a very intuitive payroll and pensions package and I have found it very easy to use speaking as a small company director and not a payroll person. The staff like it, emailed payslips and their own login. The auto enrolment feature for their pension packages has helped both the company and the employees as it's smooth, not clunky and overbearing. In a nutshell just so much better than IRIS (and NEST)

I love Collegia. Didn't think I would ever say that about a pension company, but there you go. Been using it for a few months and so much better than others I have used. System is incredibly easy to use and intuitive, and if you do need support, it is instant and sorts it out. One of the best financial products I've used in the last year or probably more. Would actually thoroughly recommend it to anyone as a system.

It wasn't immediately easy to align my payroll provider with the Collegia input requirements as the formats were not consistent. However, I cannot fault the team who were extremely helpful in finding a solution and ensuring that auto enrolment procedures were fulfilled. I have no doubt that all will be smooth from now on.
