Another post for same shipment, they delayed delivery from 19th of February to the 24th, just like that, without informing prior to that or any contact.
And of course, they did not show up again in the 24th, no message, no nothing, like a first time.
Now I cannot even see a next delivery date.
It is nothing to say incompetent, rude and unprofessional, those secta members are beyond that.
Very poor customer service and difficult to adjust delivery time on website. They only deliver in working hours and cannot give any time window. They were not able to deliver at the agreed time because they got stuck in the snow at someone else’s place. When I called customer service they said they would charge the sender for a failed delivery even though it was their fault. Not interested in hearing feedback and have no processes to handle complaints or learn from feedback. Avoid.
