After having been let down by another builders merchant, we called in to the yard of C and C in Ipswich. Gary couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. He put the paving slabs on the ground so we could see what they looked like, checked that he had enough in stock and arranged for them to be delivered the following week. Thank you Gary for being so helpful.

Good locally not so good at source
Very satisfied with the process and speed of delivery unfortunately two of the bags of gravel had small holes in and were begining to lose contents this would have been difficult to spot in transit so no blame on the local company but may be thicker bags at source would solve the problem.

Online ordering process smooth. Invoice did indicate Pickup although the order was for delivery. Would have liked a notification of delivery date. Delivery driver friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again.
