I have a number of Halers lights fitted. They have performed very well. Unfortunately I have experienced a number of unreliable units.
Collingdale Lighting's warranty support was excellent. There is no direct replacement for my units and it is notable that the Company has repaired units for me even though they were out of warranty.
Ok maybe not the most exciting company - light fittings - LED type ones. But they give you a 7 year guarantee on many of their products and if one of the units fails, as mine did, you have helpful friendly people on the phone telling you how to get your free replacement.
