DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are not an Irish company. Goods were very shoddy and the company will only refund 10% of the cost.
I am ashamed to say I didn’t read the reviews before ordering.
I am €44 out of pocket. Please learn from my mistakes

Unfortunately there is no lower mark than 1 star. And unfortunately I read these reviews too late, hands up as I’m another scammed client. I will do my upmost to ensure they do not get my money. My bank are now working on this issue while these Chinese people are just stringing me along and hoping like lots of other people I will just go away..

Ordered shoes for my mother thinking they were coming from Ireland only to find out when I done research they’re not infact an Irish company which they even state on the delivery email I got today when they finally arrived after about 3 weeks. Would highly avoid for the price of the shoes you’d get better quality for cheaper in penneys

Collins Kildare is not irish. Bought orthopedic runners for 70 euro. They can be bought in Temu for 10 euro. It's a scam. When you see no phone number to contact its a bad sign.

This company poses as an irish company. It's not. It's Chinese and although they offer full refunds if not satisfied, this entails sending the item to CHINA at your own expense - despite there being an English address on the packaging. One pair of orthopaedic sandals I ordered were not orthopaedic and were shoddily made. They tried to offer me 10% offer to keep them, then 20%, then 30%, telling me to give them as a gift if I didn't like them. What a joke!! I wouldn't insult anyone by gifting them. AVOID. I'm referring this to my credit card company.

DO NOT BUY. SCAM...Definitely from shein or the likes. Thought I was buying local (Ireland) only to find out it's not next day delivery (as stated on the site) because it's coming from Asia! Had to wait 2 weeks for cheap, poorly made dress that I now have to pay to send back! Thought I was doing good shopping Irish. Definitely a scam

SCAM COMPANY. I looked at the website to see if they had a store I could go to in Kildare. LOL 😂
It should a picture of the owner “Sean” and other very perfect looking staff. ALL STOCK IMAGES. Not real staff.
It’s all a lie. Read other reviews and all comes from China and bad quality

Dreadful chinese imports, badly made, terrible quality, overpriced for what it is. They are no more in Kildare than I am. Do not go near this company with a barge pole unless you want to pay over the odds for cheap ad cheerful goods

I ordered a pair of trainers white ones love them there comfortable so I went on there Web site to order a pair of them in black ordered 2 pairs by accident and was told it was out side the 3 minute window I emailed them and they said I could return them but have no return address so now stuck with 2 black pairs haven't even taken them out of the bag that mad

It’s so annoying I have to give 1-star for this appalling company! I like to think I’m quite knowledgeable in purchasing an item on the world-wide-web, but I’ve never felt so foolish & naive for coming across these ‘scammers’.
I stupidly managed to buy 2 pairs of the same footwear, & as soon as I realised the mistake, panicking, I immediately sent an email to their customer support address, but eventually received an email stating that there is apparently a 3-minute timeframe for cancelling orders….my email was sent 4 minutes after the PayPal transaction.
One of my many reasons for posting this review is because I just read another customer’s review outlining that this person was told there is a 15-minute window to cancel an order..
I have now asked this company 4 times for their postal address (they have admitted it is in China - quelle surprise!) as I am determined to return the items, obviously at my own cost, so I can get a full refund,
Still have not received the postal address, I initially got an offer of swapping the duplicate item for something else (but I will be incurring the shipment charge), declined that offer, & their latest suggestion is that I gift it & they will refund 10% of said item…from reading other reviews, I fear I would lose friendships if I tried to re-gift..
Also, just to give people a heads-up, there are countless pages of this company using ‘Galway’ ‘Limerick’ ‘Dublin’ etc stating they’re having a closing-down sale on their page, all generic set-ups, it’s actually horrendous this is allowed to happen.
& I’ve decided to accept the fact I have been scammed, & perhaps I may get something back via my bank 🤦🏼‍♀️

Doesn’t deserve even 1 star! Discovered after I ordered shoes from Collins-Kildare that it’s a drop shipping site, may not be in Kildare at all! Everything comes from China but only discovered this when I started tracking the items. Emailed the company immediately to cancel my order to be told a cancellation is only possible within 15 minutes of placing the order! Explained I don’t support purchasing items from China as I only ordered the items thinking this was an Irish shop located in Kildare. Then the tracking showed my items as delivered two days ago, to be told by Anna via email to allow a further 3 working days as sometimes it shows as delivered when not, half my order arrived today, weeks after I placed the order. As to fit and quality, forget it, not true to size, too small and the return policy is as crap as their cancellation policy. Still waiting for the second part of the delivery. This is a scam company, I shall be reporting this to trading standards as the cancellation policy is unreasonable, customers are being deliberately mislead and the items provided are not fit for purpose (shoes are not a true size therefore I cannot wear them). To add insult to injury the return policy is at the customers expense all the way back to China, not Kildare….. possibly not even listed as a business in Ireland? AVOID, AVOID, AVOID otherwise you’ll be wasting your money…….

This company dupes customers. They sell products that are not worth any penny. They masquerade as a company that sells good products for the Irish market but are con artists. Never buy anything from them!!!. I bought work pants for 45 euros and even after delayed delivery (3 weeks) , I got a product that is not even worth 2 euros. Worst company.
