postage a bit quicker than the first time
purchased slippers for my friend like the ones I got and she loves them,might have a lok on their site again

This is a Chinese company that changes its name and web style page. The only bit if the name they keep is 'kildare' obviously giving the idea they are Irish.
Their priducts are cheap and look nothing like they do in the pictures.
You will never ever get a cash refund..avoid like the plague!!

Delivered on time, product was very much as I expected, however my size is 10 and the shoes were labelled 45 but they seem a little short (small).
It may just take a bit of time to fit into them.

These are great boots, very comfortable, fit perfectly

Got a hat. Good quality but meant for a head like Marge Simpson!
Was offered another item instead. A jumper arrived but did not look a bit like the item in the photo. What I had picked and expected was a knitted jumper.
It was a slimy polyester item and not what I expected.
The company name implies it’s an Irish company. The items come from China.
Would not order anything again.

Items purchased were of very good quality however the company give the misleading impression that they are Irish based when they are not. Had made my purchase early December as a Christmas present however never arrived until January as they come from China.

This company is a scam. I ordered from it thinking it was an Irish company it’s not items came from china and took weeks. They were very poor quality and not like pictures on website. When I tried to get a refund it was very difficult you must return by shipping and tracking your self that was after many emails with them offering first a 10% refund then a 20% and then a 30% refund to keep the items it’s a joke.

Products are excellent. But delivery needs to be looked at.

This page is a scam. They are not in Kildare and the products are not as advertised. Very poor quality and not even worth the sale price - I would not recommend buying from this website.

If you are unhappy with your product you need to pay the high returns fee, which when checked with AN Post and weighing the item, they confirmed it would be €29 to return the €45 item.

The item which was claiming to be a size 7 shoe was not a size 7 but returning was too expensive.

I ordered for Christmas but unfortunately I didn't receive my order until well after. That's why I gave only 3 stars.

Would not recommend to buy from these. Took weeks for item to come and shoes are marked a certain size but are about two sizes too small!!! DO NOT BUY from site. They are bases in china also

This company sells the illusion of being a Kildare based shop selling quality clothing. It is online only and the quality of the goods is very poor. They simply take orders, send those orders to companies in Bangladesh and China and you eventually receive the substandard product, in my case, after Christmas, having ordered them in early December. What I got and what was advertised were completely different. The handmade premium leather Oxford boots contain not a single centimetre of leather, are thin soled, very poorly lined and with very poor quality material. Basically, they are entirely plastic. The fleece jacket has no fleece, the zip already about to go, thin material and, although I ordered small, what I got is way too big and very bad fitting. The only item that does what it said it would do is the warm, fleece beanie but unfortunately it is ridiculously large. I wrote to the company before receiving any deliveries, to complain about the delay in delivery and pointed out that I had presumed they were a local shop in Kildare based on their advertising. They ignored the inherent lie in their advertising and told me delivery usually takes 5-10 days, often sooner. Delivery on two of the items was after Christmas. Basically, this company's advertising is all lies. Collins Kildare advertises falsely and sells substandard goods.

In the beginning I doubted this company as there are so many fake ones out there ,but I was very impressed with my order good quality,I ordered same for my friend and they have arrived ,she did not try them yet as bad weather stopped her from collecting,the only one problem is that they are a bit on the small size im a size 5 I ordered 5 to 6 and they are about half inch to an inch small,but they are so warm and thick soles great for this weather

They drop order from temu, charge triple the price.

Ordered 6 items (christmas presents) from Collins Kildare on 6th December. Items received yesterday, 6th January, one item still on it's way. Goods are from China and are at best ok quality (3 or 4 out of 10). Jumpers that I paid 40€ for are probs 10€ on shein / penneys. I wouldn't say it's a scam, more misleading and the photos make the items look so much more expensive than the cheap reality of the goods I've received. I've definitely been ripped off. I wouldn't use this website again or recommend it. I hope this helps others. Wish I'd read reviews before I ordered.

Never received any confirmation of the order, no delivery date, nothing. I needed to get PayPal to intervene

Sadly these are pure scammers .. ordered what I thought was gonna be orthopedic runners and like a comment below I was led to believe these were in Kildare Town and when I didn’t receive my order I asked on email to pop over and get my refund and order a new pair and guess what no reply’s to me.. ..
