This company is a scam!!

This company is a scam!!! Do not use. I ordered a ring, they emailed me to say the ring was no longer available and to chose alternative. I said no thanks and would like a full refund. They initially said a refund would be issued within 5 working days. I did not receive this refund and Despite contacting them 8 times - I have not had a response. Beware …. There are a number of jewellery sites on Pinterest under different names that all look like the same as The Collins Sisters. Do not waste your money on this scam company

Total Scam

Ordered earrings from what seemed like a reputable producer. I'm a part time jeweller, and the pricing seemed correct for the silver item I ordered, luring me into a false sense of security.
The item arrived from China, via Evri, not handcrafted as the website led you to believe, and without any posts so the earrings literally can't be worn! I paid close to £30 for what I ordered, apparently on half price clearance, and have absolutely been scammed.
I have requested a refund, and I'll update this review based on what happens next - but at the moment I would say this us an utter, AI generated scam for moving cheap tat out of China.
Do not touch with a barge pole.

DO NOT buy from this website

DO NOT buy from this website. These “sisters” appear to be AI-generated and have no connection to Windsor, they are based in China.

I ordered a pair of earrings, which did arrive, but the stone was chipped. I requested a refund, however communication has been very slow and limited to one-line responses. It took three emails just to understand the returns process.

They do not cover return postage, even for damaged items, and require you to ship the item back to China. This means you risk losing the product, the original cost, and the return shipping fee, with no guarantee of a refund.

The quality is very poor. The earrings feel like plastic coated in “gold”, my daughter’s plastic jewellery is better quality. I have since seen the same item on Temu and other websites.

Overall, this feels like a scam. Save your money and buy from a UK-based retailer instead.
