Not only has the price of Collins…

Not only has the price of Collins diaries seemed to have doubled in price over the last two years but almost 8 weeks was missing from the 2023/24 diary. These things are printed in China, not Switzerland so why are the so expensive???

A calendar full of excuses!

A calendar full of excuses!

Having ordered in early December 2021, the diary finally arrived in Jan, despite the suggestions at check out that it would be a 7 days process for shipment.

Customer service struggled to understand why a month and not 7 days was a bit much and explained that Covid was at fault, then how busy they were. I was half expecting to be told that the year 2022 had caught them by surprise and someone had moved it, making them busier than usual……..

A company that specialises in poor customer care and diaries I think.

Maybe I should be grateful that I at least get most of the year usage from the diary I ordered on 11th Dec!

Shambles!

My dealings with Collins Debden.

I purchased a diary for my wife from Collins Debden (cda-cl) on eBay mid June 2021. It was a 2021 version as she only needs it for the second half of the year. When it did not arrive they kept giving excuses such as they had been having trouble with their eBay interface and so on. After numerous messages I finally purchased it from another eBay seller. I finally received the order mid August despite it being marked "cancelled and refunded" on my eBay purchases page. Collins Debden assured me that I could keep the diary and I would still receive the refund. It's now November and the diary is still here unopened as my wife does not require two diaries. I keep being assured that I will receive a refund but I have given up on ever getting a refund from this company. I can't even sell the diary as it only goes to December 2021.
