Excellent service, couldn't recommend this business more if you are ever in a non fault car collision situation.

My local garage recommended this company after my no fault accident. I must admit I was unsure about using them rather than going through my own insurance company but after speaking to them they gave me all the information I needed to go ahead with them. Great, regular communication from Stuart Cole. I had a courtesy car delivered to my place of work and the damaged car collected by the garage doing the repairs. Would highly recommend. Thank you Stuart.

Very efficient and professional staff and company. I had a new car as a replacement for my car within 3 hrs of my accident. I was kept upto date with the progress of my car getting assessed and fixed. Very happy with the fix to my car it's as good as new now. Would recommend to others and use again. A stress free experience.

After a stressful non-fault incident and poor response from my insurer, I was directed to Collision Solutions and instantly Stuart reassured me he was on my side.
A hire car was delivered the next day taking so much pressure off with just trying to get on with life - I had that until I was ready to purchase a replacement (after payout).
I honestly had to do nothing; was kept informed at all stages and they negotiated a full payment after my lovely little car was deemed a 'write off'. I would 100% recommend them - experts in what they do and fight for your rights when big insurers don't want to help when you are the victim. Thankyou

Collison Solutions handled all of the administration and communication for my vehicle repairs competently. They delivered and collected my courtesy car and also picked up and dropped off my repaired car.

Rang collision solutions at 10 am on a Saturday morning by 12pm my car was taken away and I was in a courtesy car. Everything was so simple and easy and with in 2 weeks I was payed out for my salvaged vehicle. So thank you very much to the team there especially Louise and Olly.

Amazing service would highly recommend as Janine was able to assisted me when ever I had any questions and was very efficient. Always kept me up to date and never let me feel I didn't know what was going on. If anyone claims through Collision Solution i recommend asking for Janine. Amazing customer service.

Fast prompt service

Janine Got me back on the road same day, and took all the stress away from a what was originally a horrid situation. Vehicle they hired me was a relatively new one and not an old one that had been mistreated like some companies offer.

Communication was great too

Brilliant company to deal with. Nothing is a problem to them. I didn't think it could be so easy dealing with an insurance claim after someone crashed it to us.

Kept in regular contact throughout the process. A suitable (family of 5) hire car was arranged immediately, and were a contact point between myself and the garage completing the repairs (who were also excellent).
Janine was handling my case, and was more than helpful with anything I needed. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Had a hire car within 5 hours of an accident, unfortunately the car was faulty but collision solution handled it quickly and efficiently.

The company was recommended to us and i have nothing but praise for them, from the first contact they guided us through the process and kept us fully informed. We provided them with all the information needed and they dealt with everything including arranging a courtesy vehicle. In just a few weeks the claim was processed and the matter dealt with. This really is a fantastic hassle free service and I would highly recommend.

I was involved in a “non fault” minor traffic incident on 25th April 2023.
I then visited my local body repair shop, Autospray in Darlington, who recommended me to get in touch with Collision Solutions, who are a regulated accident management company, therefore not involving my insurance company.
I took Pete’s advice at Autospray and the service I received from Collision Solutions was absolutely first class.
I had a hire car within 24 hours of making the initial contact and they even put a tow bar on the hire car, so my Wife and I could go away for the following two weekends in our caravan!
A special mention to Lisa, Janine and Sasha, who kept me informed throughout the whole process.
They took all the hassle, anxiety and stress away from me during the experience.
I would not hesitate to recommend Collision Solutions to anyone who is involved in a “non fault” accident or incident.
I for one, would definitely use CS again, should I be involved in a “non fault” incident again.
