rubbish sent, rubbish customer service

Colissimo is good providing you are dealing with a reputable seller... If you experience a problem and want to report it - dream on. They do not want to know. There is no fraud department to report a compte client 816393 from Alpes PFC - that is committing fraud and misadvertising and not sending products ordered through. They just say to go to the gendarmes. Not impressed. It is all computerised and they have really lost that human touch.

LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PARCEL IN FRANCE (I WILL NEVER KNOW)
Sent a parcel from France and chased its delivery since August. Parcelforce delivered it to France where Collissiomo confirmed it was in their "capable" hands, in transit... chased every week, no response, could not make a complaint as their website is useless and there are no humans to speak to. Parcelforce has taken responsibility until it became Collissimo's. Laposte/Collissiomo are still not giving any answers. 4 months have passed. I am now building my case with the Mediateur Laposte. DO NOT USE

Bad service bad consumer and thief

I was supposed to receive a package Collissimo website sais he has been deliver but nothing was put in my postbox I contact Collissimo just to get talk "we can't do anything ask the website say he has been deliver and they can verify I must go and ask my neighbor we are over 50 in the building how will I do that when all the box are writing with name and surname. I can only conclude Collissimo full of caca and thief that isn't a company to use if you expect to receive your package

Terrible Service.

Terrible Service.
I was sent parcels from France to the UK and it took 3 weeks (on average) to come and on one parcel there was no tracking update for 16 days.
I have never experienced such bad courier service ever. Tracking information updates are very vague and you really best going to Parcel Force or other UK partner website to get more info on where your parcel is at. Luckily once (if makes it) in the UK everything goes smooth sailing but I have also received one damaged parcel from them. One thing is sure is that they will use any excuse (taking advantage of outside situations such as Brexit) to justify the lack of tracking updates or missing info or delay even if it has nothing to do with it but only their own incompetence.

Theft Central

Another person who has an item (mobile phone) stolen while being transported by Collissimo. No information, very poor tracking information and zero assistance from the company. Avoid if at all possible

France to UK in 4 days

Ordered a Xiaomi phone, it arrived intact and in only around 4 days from France to the UK.
Collissimo seem to be very professional, and although initially worried by their negative reviews, I wouldn't be so worried in future based on this experience.

This is another Scam!

This is another Scam!
I paid more money for the transportation of my product than the product itself!
They sent me 3 emails on the same day telling me that me pack was on its way and few hours later, they sent it back without even trying to reach me!
And they ask me to contact the sender!!
Collissimo is so bad that they wont take the responsability of their mistakes! Such a bad service! I m really tired of these junk companies that steal from you your money and dont deliver what they own you!!

Don't use,awful.

Awful service,my delivery was apparently stolen in transit,no word from this shower,had to make own enquiries, still no word nearly 6 weeks later.Shocking.
