Very happy with the level of service I received in Colm Quinn BNW Galway this July/August when I purchased my new car. A relaxed and professional atmosphere where both Daniel Jennings and Lisa Devlin answered all and any questions I had about my lovely new car and everything involved with getting on the road with her 😊 am very grateful! All the staff were lovely.

Dealing with Lisa Devlin and Daniel Jennings were just a pleasure. Very professional that i would very highly recommend. I would certainly go back again on next purchase. I bought a 2020 jeep and they had it in immaculate condition before it left their forecourt. 10 out of 10.

I recently bought my second car from Colm Quinn BMW in Galway and the quality of service I received from Lisa Devlin and Daniel Jennings was excellent. They were both very professional and great to deal with throughout the entire process!

We travelled over 2 hours to get a Kia jeep from Athlone 6 months ago. Rob ititally helped us and then Sergej took over. We had a few issues with some parts of the car but the service and support to get us sorted was excellent and went above and beyond. Sergej did everything he could and more and Mary in reception was also extremely helpful and we could not recommend highly enough. You are in excellent hands with these guys and that goes a long way when buying a car! 🙌

They won't return calls, won't price work, wouldn't even tell me the price of a replacement key, it's not a bmw thing , it's just this garage, rang Kearys in cork and they couldn't do enough, nothing was a problem and everything was instant,
Cork is only 2 hours, far better than waiting days on people who rarely return calls

I just purchased a new X3 model from Robert McCarthy at the Drogheda branch of Colm Quinn BMW. Robert has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, he is a complete professional and made the process of changing cars seamless. Robert’s attention to detail with customers is exceptional and I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking of changing their car.

I have been dealing with Colm Quinn for a number of years now and their care and customer service is superb. I purchased a BMW 5 series 2 years ago from Colm and recently traded it in for a new BMW530E. I was new to a hybrid car, but Colm, Nessa and the team took me through everything step by step. Its the best car purchase I have made. Colm and Nessa were a pleasure to deal with, as always, and look forward to doing future deals!

Excellent customer service from the service team, Holly in particular. Great communication about estimates of time and cost for the work. Nothing was too much trouble in terms of working with me to find the soonest date that suited to get the job done. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a new BMW530E from Colm Quinn and from the moment I brought my old car in to get a quote to change I was treated with super customer care and when I went in to collect my new car I was brought through all the different features which was very helpful. From my previous experience dealing with Colm Quinn the level of customer service is still as high as ever and all the staff are a pleasure to deal with.

Absolute disaster of a place. Purchased a second hand Mercedes and have had to spend thousands on repairs since. Months of no contact from them. Formal complaint eventually resulted in removal of dashboard warning light related to Ad Blue sensor. I have since discovered that, rather than resolving the issue, they mapped the sensor out of the system. This is illegal. They also clocked up over 7,000km while supposedly resolving the issue. Then, after the warranty was up, the car started to fall apart. Today, I'm facing a bill for €4,000. Stay away!

I’ve three family cars from Colm Quinn. Both Athlone and Drogheda. Faultless service and customer care. I had a warranty issue with a vehicle, between Gavin in Drogheda and BMW assistance, the service was excellent, seamless and I was updated at all times. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back!
