I signed up for co-location service around a month ago in March 2024. Initially, there were delays as they couldn't rack my server for a whole day. However, the most frustrating aspect was the incredibly slow internet service. I could barely achieve upload speeds of 40-50 Mbps. Despite opening multiple tickets, the issues remained unresolved, leading me to ultimately give up on their service.

What's more, despite not signing any contractual agreements, they insisted that I pay a de-racking fee along with the next month's invoice to retrieve my server. Upon receiving it, I noticed that the server's rails were damaged during the supposedly paid de-racking process.

I have experience working with numerous data centers worldwide, including seven in the USA and nearly twenty in Europe, and I must say that this experience was by far the worst in terms of internet connectivity and the competence of both technical and sales personnel. It's disappointing, to say the least.

Colocrossing is a MAJOR source of illegal spam and they do nothing about it.

Fraudulent seller, bought a server from them on black Friday, it didn't take them long to tell me that the hard disk was bad and all the data was lost with no notification information. Please don't buy this product from this company.colocrossing product you buy, he may lose your valuable data at any time!I have plenty of evidence that their products are very inferior.

They host abusers and criminals. Dangerous company and the more dangerous thing is they don’t even care. Disgusting.

Terrible company who won't care about spammers, scammers or abuse content.

Great company to use if you're a SCAMMER or CRIMINAL because they won't shut you down. The rest of us just have to deal with all the malware, spam and hacking coming from their network, and their "ABUSE" department could care less... Do not support them.

This company allows for the host of a animal abuse content page and points fingers instead of taking action.

I bought a Black Friday dedicated server from them . It's cheap but very useful. Their ticket supporting system is very fast and they solved my problem perfectly.

I bought a vps from cloudserver.net and everything goes well till now, the apps runs well on that KVM server, and the price is also affordable.

Don't host or use these people as an ISP as they are often hacked for their spam tolerance. Best report any of their user's spam to Colocrossing's upstream provider.

Servers from this company are trying to hack my Microsoft account hundreds of times a day. I have notified them of the Ip address and have received no response.

Spam friendly. Spammers operate with complete impunity, including those spammers engaging in criminal fraud such as phishing or outright theft.

We have been with ColoCrossing for 8 years now and have nothing but good things to say about their service. As far as I can recall, we have never had any downtime during these 8 years. Support is incredibly fast, they usually respond in just a few minutes after submitting a request. All their staff are well trained and take care of any task we throw at them. I can't really find anything negative to say about them. I just hope this level of service continues for our future with them.

I am not sure why they have any negative reviews as they take spam seriously. They have their own in house mail volume tracking which null routes IP's that have a high volume of mail. They also work closely with Spamhaus to keep spammers off their network. I can only think the negative reviews here are fake or from people with baseless information.

Colocrossing is tone deaf when it comes to spam prevention and enforcement. I've submitted spam abuse complaints too numerous to count. It's a big waste of time as this bush league outfit will do absolutely nothing with any complaint.

This company supports hosting bank-skimming scams. At time of writing, the IP address 198 dot 12 dot 86 dot 54 is known to be hosted by ColoCrossing and associated with no less than 33 different skimming domains; e.g. search on SecurityTrails website and see results

This organization is involved in criminal spamming.

Colocrossing helps scammers and sends them information on people who use their official website and they are also the parent company for the website mobtweak the website I have already reported both of these websites to the ftc and they will be dealt with by the proper authorities and then their websites / bad business practices will be dealt with by the international
authorities
