Always Great Coffee!
Whichever of the coffee’s you select, the quality is always top drawer. I can fully recommend the Red Honey. It has a sweetness and it’s rich chocolaty notes will tantalise your taste buds!

I received the wrong item
I received the wrong item, and instead of quickly sending the correct one, the company focused first on arranging the return of the mistake — even though no one contacted me as promised. I had to chase them for updates.
They also suggested I visit a café to swap it, which defeats the purpose of ordering online. All I wanted was for the correct product to be sent promptly, and the wrong item could be collected later. The whole process felt inconvenient and not customer-focused. After this experience, I’m not sure I would order from them again.
