After a long wait the package finally arrived. The package that I received was a lot smaller then I expected.
Inside the package was not the painting that I ordered, but a sex toy.
Big scam!

Bought this for something to keep busy during lock down. I had ordered a canvas custom print as well as a frame. When it arrived the frame had snapped (I'm assuming due to shipping not the merchants fault) I had spent about 50 hours total finishing my painting and gave it to family as a gift. It was a huge success!!. My hisband was able to repair frame however after trying to mount it I would lose about 2 inches on each side so we decided not to use it in the end and just get it framed. Once I had compleated it I was so lost on what to do, I have just ordered 2 more prints and I can not wait for it to arrive. I would highly recommend this product and definitely from this company I have looked at other sites and nothing is comparable to color and calm. Thank you again for this project!!!!

I ordered just before covid hit. I had to work from home for 9 months. It saved my sanity! I can't believe how good it looks. My daughter has ordered a kit and I'm looking forward to my next one. So much fun.

Iv purchased several custom kits from Color & Calm, and Iv always been delighted with the excellent service, and superb qualify of the kits. The kits contain everything you need to create your own masterpiece. I painted 3 kits as Christmas presents, and the recipients were thrilled with their portraits. Iv found the whole painting experience a relaxing, mindfulness therapeutic pastime in these difficult times. I will be ordering again very soon.

Love these kits, I’ve bought three so far to paint portraits of my cats. My friends and family think they’re photographs from a distance because they look so realistic! I also bought one for a friend who has no painting experience and his looks great too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing project.

Ordered two kits both were gifts, one I painted myself and then presented and one was for a friend to enjoy on her own. I was blown away by both kits when I seen the quality in which it was produced and even with things usually being slow due to COVID I received my kits in a timely fashion. Lian was AMAZING help anytime I sent an email with questions and followed up with immaculate speed and in a professional and reassuring manner. Can’t wait to order more kits!

Ordered a picture of my granddaughter. Was sceptical at first but after a delay of a couple of weeks, Jasmine sorted it and when it arrived I was so impressed that I have just ordered a second one. Will post when I have completed but this could take a while as there is great detail.

During the COVID-19 Lockdown this was such a good hobby and took my mind of things. I loved it so much I bought a kit for my friends birthday and referred the product to many family and friends. I was so happy with the end result that I recently ordered a new kit :)

My wife was keen to try something different to create a memory from our awesome trip we took for our 25th wedding anniversary. The paint by numbers of a photo of significance did just that. We also had great assistance from Anne when our paint by numbers kit did arrive - lost in the post somewhere. With Anne's help, the problem was resolved in quick time. Now that the artwork is completed, we have a wonderful lasting legacy that will always bring a smile.

Highly recommend I have ordered 2 different portraits in separate months and this company never failed me.

Yes it'll take time to get to you but it's worth the wait. The quality of the canvas and paints are great and the picture looks wonderful. Have recommended this company to numerous friends and family.

My daughter like the present, but the canvas was dirty and had lines from being folded in one area. It was embarrassing to give a present in such state.

Great kit, really enjoyed painting my Christmas gift. Delivery was a little later than expected, but kit was all straightforward and easy to use, as well as good quality. Will happily buy from them in the future.

It has been well over a month and I have still have not received my package. Customer service has been no help.

Absolutely appalled with this company. I ordered a print over 4 months ago and there was a mistake with one of the paint colours I was given. I contacted them and they assured me the correct colour would be sent to me via express post. When nothing was sent to me I contacted them again and they said that it had been lost in transit and offered to send me a new replacement. I received the parcel 3 months later, however it contained the same INCORRECT paint colour that I received in the first package instead of the correct colour. When I contacted customer service, I was told “We can resend the correct paint but I think it's better to just buy acrylic paint from the local shop, as deliveries now may be delayed due to the holiday rush :(“
Now, I have an unfinished print due to their mistake, they have only offered a 25% refund and are not willing to send the correct paint. Oh, but they will send me a print for free if I take a video of my original unfinished print with an entire colour missing and promote it on social media..but they won’t refund due to their mistake? Absolutely contradictory. Would not recommend this company to anyone, horrible to deal with. Disappointing considering I had read such great reviews, but my experience has been extremely negative.
