My second order with colorland was a disaster. I designed a photo book with 60 pages and spent hours preparing it and I have a record of every photo I placed in the book. It came with only 15 pages printed and the rest was blank. I complained and was told it was my fault because “the system” said I only designed 15 pages. The system is obviously flawed. I got no apology, acknowledgement or offer of a replacement book. Avoid this service is my advice.

Excellent....easy to use and amend to suit your own needs . I'm a total novice at this type if thing and found the customer service superb. Unfortunately my initial attempt at completing my project was quite long drawn out and I actually lost the entire thing !! I was devastated but the IT section were able to locate and restore and I was able to complete. The book that i finally put together arrived swiftly and is absolutely top quality...I'd highly recommend Colorlamd .. and now that I'm fully familiar with all the ways I can display my pics I will look forward...without trepidation to my next project !! ..thanks colorland !!

Found it card at first but wonts i got going i was fine

I bought 3 books from colourland.. first one costing nearly 60€.. the other 2 books where bought on deals... I was very impressed with the quality of the finished products... 1 book out of 3 was the exact way that I produced it... however the other 2 books both arrived with duplicate photos and some photos missing that I had selected and also there was a large circle on the front covers which wasted my whole albums. Very disappointed. I contacted the team to be told that’s what I had selected in my preview. I checked and rechecked my preview and it definetly was not there before I sent it off .

Absolutely amazing pieces of work produced, I could not have been any happier receiving my photo album books, they are beautifully designed, packaged and fast delivery. I have already started to design another photobook and have highly recommended these guys so everyone I know. Certainly will have me as a customer for a while. Looking forward to receiving more amazing products!! :D :D :D

The product is very good however I created the photo book in landscape format but it came in portrait which I wasn't very happy about.

I found doing the album with my mobile much more difficult than with other companies such a photo print etc
Downloading the pictures wasn’t easy and the album comments were very difficult to do with the mobile
