Neat product
Neat product, great deals on groupon. Customer service is excellent - on multiple occasions i have had to contact them and they have been quick with a response and provided a good resolution. I have purchased 9 photo books so far, and plan to purchase many more.
The only negative thing i can say is it can get a little bit confusing as there are two domains/websites (.com/ie and .com) and if you are on the wrong website, your login details will not work. Sounds simple, but took me a while to figure out.
