Product is great
Product is great. Change is shipping cost is not. Company needs to develop a box where 2 boxes can be shipped at the same time for one shipping fee (or no shipping fee because it exceeds the minimum) instead of each order incurring a shipping fee that is 20% of the cost of the order. Making it so you have to buy some of their other products to avoid a shipping fee is insulting.

I love the colour but need to time it better
I love the colour but I struggle to find the best time to do the colour and get my hair cut. I also feel like my hair is totally grey on the sides and back now and as the dye fades it looks a bit yellow on top. Didn't see much difference with the tintes shampoo. Overall, I'm happy but need to find better timing

Overall the product works well. My hair is completely silver and grows pretty fast so hiding the gray can be challenging.

Color doesn't hold any better than…
Color doesn't hold any better than those available over the counter for less cost. It's just as easy to use a subscribe and save on Amazon Prime for same day or one day shipping or go to my local store within walking distance and not pay any shipping fees. Don't get me wrong, the product is decent just not worth the cost. They contacted me in the beginning of my original plan and did replace the order with no charges to make a change to the color. They are a good company that stands by their product and the product ships with nice small items that you won't find in store such as strong gloves, skin color protectant and color stain remover. However based on the short amount of time that the color lasts doesn't justify the new shipping costs.

I am very happy with the new men's hair…
I am very happy with the new men's hair color program. What I would really like to see is a kit for moustache coloring @ 1-2 weeks that has two easy mix smaller volume components (e.g. two foil packets) and is a little stronger than the hair color. I try to save extra hair unmixed color for frequent moustache touch-ups, but this is not always successful.
