Ordered an illusion rug for $59.99. It was printed incorrectly and the customer service to repair the issue was non-existent. I looked online to see if anyone else had this issue and now all the illusion rugs I've seen have the same misprinted style as if that's what it was to begin with! Bad business!!!

Sent the wrong product, only offered $10 refund- 25% of total cost. Product received was also damaged.

Scam scam scam , ordered some silver metal folding glasses, they sent cheap clear plastic non folding ones not worth a pound, they offered 5 dollars refund and said a full refund could take months and i would have to send back ,if lost in transit I would get nothing, then said take the offer it’s the best I would get ,How do these thieves not get done

These people are nothing more than thieves !!!!!!! I blame FACEBOOK for letting them rip us off !!!!!

Sadly did not research Colorsta prior to $30.00 purchase. Received an item that I could have purchased at the dollar store. They first offered a $3 refund, which has now been increased to the "maximum" of $9. Scammed.

Can I give a negative rating and use profanity- because that is how upset I am. Advertise a specific item. Charged me- I waited 45 days for it- and then i receive something not even close. I ordered an advertised Traxxan Race Boat- RC boat- which is 2.5 ft long - I received a toy for kids that is about 6 inches long. I got totally ripped off- so my fault- but do not order anything from this company- nothing.

If I could leave a negative stars I would! I ordered what I thought were Spenco Orthotic Thong Sandals and what I received were hard non orthotic shoes that were not Spenco brand! We paid over $50 for three shoes (that were said to be on sale) I will NEVER buy from this company again! It took about 2 months go to get them ad well. Don't buy anything from this company!

Read the reviews before you order anything. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE they are a SCAM.

I ordered a puzzle, took 6 weeks to deliver and it was the wrong item. They substituted with a much lesser product. When I contacted them they offered to keep the product and get a $3 refund. When I said no I want the product they ordered they said

QUOTE..Dear, if you want correct item, you should return the item you received first then we will resend,but the whole process will last 2 or 3 months.

If the return parcel lost in transit, you will not receive any refund or item.
END QUOTE.

This seems to be their business model. Ship an inferior product then make it impossible and improbable that it can be corrected.

Again I say they are a SCAM!

They gave me a fake shipping tracking number. After a few months, they finally sent me the correct shipping information that indicated the item was on its way. The item they gave was the wrong item, cheap, damaged and not at all what I asked for. I asked for a refund, and they said they could give a $4 refund which is totally a scam. When I screenshot and sent them their refund policy, they began to threaten me about how if the return got lost in the mail or damaged (which they said happens all the time), I would get no money. They said its best for me to accept the $4 refund on a $45 item. I hope they get shut down.

Stay Far Away!!! I cannot express enough how terrible these people are. Remember, if it seems too good to be true, it definitely is. They will take your money and then give you the runaround about shipping the item with fake tracking numbers and emails. You will either receive a toy product for a child or nothing at all. You also need to be aware that they have your personal information and can steal your identity. It’s very difficult to retrieve your money, especially if they actually send you something. Don’t give them a dime and don’t waste your time. Hopefully you’re reading this before it’s too late.
