Outrageous prices for such little product
I purchased three contacts from this site, but they cost more than five contacts I bought from another website. The other website sent additional items, such as contact cases, eye drops, and solution, all for the same price as the three I bought here. While the colors are nice, the prices are too high, and the customer service is lacking. I won't be purchasing from you again. I bought these during your sale, just to clarify.

I don't recall ever having an issue with customer service or shipping. 9 times out 10 they arrive much sooner than expected. The discount offered to loyal customers is an added unexpected bonus!

I purchased 4 pairs of contacts, I sent two of them back. I included both order numbers, I sent them the tracking number and receipt, I’ve called them several times and they completely screwed me around! I never got my refund! They are scammers!
