Unreliable.
In response to your message dd 22/03 on Google maps please note I am one of the AcumenFinance Partners.
Their knowledge of web design in Wordpress might be okey but the personal qualities are unfortunately laziness and lies accordingly. Andy has no opinion nor responsibility as fully dependable on WhiteRose Finance, a kind of John's Kent puppet on the string. Since the above cannot be called as "professionalism", I give 2 stars only.
Also I'd recommend you not to report the true reviews as spam, but to review your own attitude to the clients.

Hi, I'm guessing this is Alex at Renew Finance? Sorry for your experience but I can only perform and do what White Rose Finance instructed me to do as I am their supplier. I have a great working relationship with White Rose and I have to adhere to their policies. I am not responsible for what has gone on between you. I could only help you in a limited manner and all communication had to be through them, not to me directly. All issues are between you and White Rose. I am only the logo and website designer and you are not a Colourscope client. Am happy to discuss this further but I see you are no longer trading. I didn't recognise you as 'Academy Land'. I can apologise for your perception of my 'personal qualities' but I feel they are greatly misconstrued.
