Customer support is gaslighting and humiliating users
First of all, despite from the bad experience with the site, which is absolutely not user-friendly, what definitely made me offended is customer support. After contacting a person who is responsible for refunds I got humiliated and gaslighted.
The situation looked like I personally have no brain to find the missing section with "cancel subscription option", which is not available for my location, which, by the way, was never announced for me while paying for the service.
As a result I was charged twice for the service I do not use.
The dialogue with the CS rep was like "lol, find the link yourself, lol look here, dumb man" - like it was my FAULT that i did not receive any info about the billing section being unavailable in the main interface.
They did refund me the last payment in such a manner, like they threw these 40 bucks in my face.
The service itself does not cost 40 USD per month. I will find a free service which will be more suitable for me.
Maybe it is OK for someone, but not for me anymore.
Customer service is very angry and I don't know why. Admins in the official chat reply users who are confused in a sarcastic manner - this is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Being humiliated by the service agent is nonsense. Regret being involved in this.
