It took a bit to get my wants for the proper label on the pen order. I have been ordering with COMDA for several years and this year was the most frustrating time I have ever had.

I ordered embroidered visors, and Production reached out to me to revise the logo because they thought it wouldn't embroider well. Then, once they began, they sent me a picture of the embroidery to make sure I was happy, and confirmed what date I would need it by. This is incredibly good customer service! Thanks, Susie A.!

The inventory displayed on their website as in stock should always be accurate. I ordered 2 different items, which were both available as at the time I made payment. Only for them to come calling me to let me know both items were out of stock, after they have charged my card. I was more or less forced to go with items I don’t really want.

The material is high-quality, the printing is sharp, and the pricing was very affordable with the promotional discount. I’ve been buying from Comda for more than a decade and have never had an issue. Always a great company. Always great products. Staff can be dumb at times. Very frustrating. Last order I had to cancel and request a refund. No problem there. They were on top of it. Staff needs better training. Much better. Should have a department that addressing issues. Pity.

I am totally happy with my calendars and they knew what I wanted and did them in in timely manner. My customers really enjoy the "Remember When" calendars that I have sent out for a few years now. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

We have purchased from Comda for many many years. We have never been disappointed. We purchase the wall calendars and the pens for our customers every year. We give them out in December and they love them. The customers even come in special to get them. Comdas' products are fire. You won't be disappointed.
