I accidentally made the purchase twice

I accidentally made the purchase twice, they did not refund my second purchase, after we’d been on the London eye, we were refused access to the river cruise as at 12:15pm we had apparently missed the last slot of the day

I’m very upset because I booked three…

I’m very upset because I booked three tickets for SEA LIFE London Aquarium - London Eye + Madame Tussauds + Sea Life
Date of reservation Saturday, December 28th 2019 - 3:45 pm (Start : 3:45 pm)
Adult: 2, Infant : 2.
I went for Madame Tussaud at 3.35pm but they said we close at 4pm. Then I went for London Eye via taxi but they said your tickets are not valid but after sometime manager came and said your tickets are fine and you can go ahead.
Unfortunately there was also a long queue and cold waiting for me there with two infants.
They were bothered by long queue and they were scared so we couldn’t enjoy there.

I’m therefore requesting you to refund me money so that I can feel grateful to you.
Thanks in advance

took my money and didn’t receive a confirmation

Payed for tickets for the London eye and Cruze and never received a conformation and then when I tried to log in it said incorrect email or password however I used the email that came up on my iPhone so I know I didn’t put it in wrong and I set an easy password so I wouldn’t forget it. I then requested a new password and I never got an email to change it either. I have tried to call the phone number provided multiple times with no answer.

My wife and I became lost and had…disappointed

My wife and I became lost and had massive transit delays in our efforts to join the group. We subsequently missed the tour. I asked for a rebooking and/or a refund and we were declined. I’m really disappointed with the lack of customer service and would tried again, but your agent was was unwilling to negotiate. Please advise as to whether another solution or a refund might be possible.

I couldn’t enter the theater

I couldn’t enter the theater, because reception couldn’t find my thicket.
They usually provide me a printed thicket in at the reception after they printing according online confirmation. They checked all my information by online, and I showed my online confirmation from you and my detail information such as passport, payment.
The seat was already fully booked, and my seat was taken by Swedish person they said

I think it will probably the mistake by Theater’s side, but they told me that they don’t know “come to London” agency, they told me that I have to get the refund by myself to deal with me. They gave me the handwitten letter which shows “no seat found”.

Since I was travelling in London, i and my husband will deal this matter with you after backing to Singapore

Reply from Come to London

Hi,

We are really sorry about that matter. Actually, the Theater does no Come to London since we have been working with them since an eternity. Maybe it was a new person at the door as it happens. As for the tickets, there were a mistake in the booking process and we are truly sorry about that. The refund has been made on June 7th.

Have a great day,

Best regards
