Had a connection issue during my trip to Thailand at first, but their support team quickly fixed it by switching providers. Now it connects instantly and works perfectly. Highly recommend!

They scam people. They dont refund you within 30 days. Basically Google rejects my refund and their support is using an AI agent that doesnt understand it.

"I’ve looked into your refund request, and it appears that the app developer has already collected the payment. Because of this, we’re currently unable to process the refund directly from our side here on Google Play."

I use CometVPN. Great product. Great for accessing content that is restricted in my country. Also great for bypassing internet censorship.

I purchased a Dedicated UK IP from CometVPN, but unfortunately YouTube didn’t work at all - Every single video showed "Content not available".

I reached out to their support team, who suggested switching me to a residential IP for an extra $33 on top of the $95 I’d already paid.

They then offered a dedicated IP in another country as they were experiencing issues with their UK server (Yes only one server), which rather defeated the purpose of choosing a UK-based option.

The payment requested that an account be given before being able to submit a payment. The first red flag of wondering about the service. Subscribed to a Japan IP, and Singapore, and they lead to Russia or Ukraine domains and nothing related to being in the country of origin for being a residential IP.

I have seen these types of IP's on other proxy websites where they buy collecting these and using them. They almost always lead to Russia, Ukraine, or something else, but not the proper country of origin.

Requested a refund for the service due to them having a 30-day policy and refund return.

Vpn not working. And i applied for refund but they not provide refund. Suspicious application. Beware all buyers don't buy it. Its fruad application. Other reviews are buyed by them and fake.

Solid deal! The residential VPN runs smooth—fast, stable, no issues. It’s a newer option out there, but feels like it’s gonna blow up.

I don't normally leave reviews, but after this met all my expectations, I felt I had to. I was at first a little suspicious of the pricing seeming as other companies charge much higher, however I've been using it and have had no issues whatsoever. The speed is good, and apparently there is no GB limit to the residential IP either, which is amazing.

I had to contact customer support (which I was dreading) as I had paid with crypto and was stuck on a ‘Payment Processing’ page, however to my surprise I received a fast response and the issue was sorted quickly.

If you're needing a secure VPN that makes your activity look as if it's coming from a real home rather than a data center (normal vpn), which is easily detectable, then I would highly recommend this.
