Want to know why cant withdraw my gain…

Want to know why cant withdraw my gain in my btc wallet directly and they are asking me for a bank account for huge amount? What is really beside that??? Anybody facing that problem also?

@Jason i trie to withdraw more than 3k$ and it has been pending for more than 70hours i contacted them and they said i need to send them a bank acount for huge amount . My question is why trought a bank ig my deposit was made trough a btc wallet why cant i withdraw it in my wallet? And there is no any oficialy update about that information from them . Something is not clear there...

@ hi Jason okay thanks . But the thing is that it is more than 72hours that the amount requested is on pending and still didnt come. So i imagine that when i will request an other one it will still being in the queu too. But will try . I dont know why the compagy is telling nothing about that situation. Hope they resolve that issue very soon .
